If I could give this location a ZERO star rating, I would.
I have tried to go to this location twice now because itâs super close to my job and both times have had a horrendous experience. Today however, the reason I am leaving a review is because not only was the staff incredibly rude to us when we walked up to see if they were open inside but when we went through the drive-through, they messed up the order.
When my daughter and I tried to walk up to the establishment, an employee came out real rudely, wagging her finger at my daughter in and demanding we go through drive-through without even letting us know they were closed until I asked.
We ordered 2 potato soft tacos, Chips and cheese and a steak supreme.. THATâS IT.
I understand how they got our order wrong because it took them less than two seconds to give us our food at the window (and they were rude at the window) meaning they clearly do NOT pay attention to their customers.
We drove away then realized that we did not get what we ordered. So when we went back to get the food that I actually paid for, they asked me if I had the receipt.
They did NOT provide a receipt in the bag.
I literally was just there Less than five minutes from when I went back. I told them what I ordered they said they remembered me and once again at the window the girl was extremely rude demanding the mess ups.
I donât understand this because the place had zero other customers both times⌠the employees their were all just standing around!!! At this specific location in Miramar Beach next to Subway on highway 98, the customer service is horrendous. There is no reason that we shouldâve gotten the wrong food for one, but why the employees there are rude and apparently lazy is outrageous.

   Read moreI went through the drive thru to order my food. A robot took my order and started off by asking if I wanted nacho fries. I said yes and it rang up my nacho fries. I proceeded to order a couple more bean burritos and then at the end she asked me if I wanted to round up. I clearly said NO but when I picked up my food and looked at my receipt they rounded up anyway.
They put a small cup of nachos with cheese in my bag instead of nacho fries and when I brought it to their attention they said that they were out of nacho fries implying that they knew they didnt have them and gave me something of their choosing with a cheaper value in place of them. Luckily I noticed before I pulled away and the girl said they would refund me. I also brought to her attention that I specifically said NO, I do jot want to round up and they rounded up anyways and she said âwe cant refund you fir thatâ. I told her I clearly said No and that No doesnt mean yes and she said thats true but still refused to refund my money.
The cashiers name was Malachi C. and it was 10:03 pm on 7/11/25 and I will be complaining to corporate on her and this location.

I work in customer service and I understand for the most part what we go through and have to put up with⌠but this just doesnât sit right with me.. we ordered through the drive thru and the girls had an ugly attitude, we just got here from Texas on vacation so weâre really tired but we were still very patient with them. I parked and took everything out and noticed we were missing 4 items and our receipt was not in the bag. We drove to the window again and told them through the speaker what we were missing and with a nasty attitude they said to move forward. We got to the window and they were just talking to each other giving us nasty looks, and they finally gave us our food I asked if I could have my receipt and they rolled their eyes and yelled âSHE WANT THE RECEIPT TOOâ đ. I told them not to worry about the receipt but if we could have some more sauces they just said âoh we donât have no moreâ and rolled their eyes again, we are so tired to deal with this so we just drove off.
