I chose one star because zero stars was not an option! I placed an order online @ 3:13 and waited about 40 minutes once I arrived. Waiting patiently as customers coming in afterwards placing new orders slowly received their orders while I wait. As the lobby starts to clear out I'm still waiting even after bringing it to one of the staff attention. Finally my one smoothie I ordered online was done and Although it took an extensive amount of time I wasn't upset cause I could see the staff was really trying. But wait this is where it turns left. My smoothie did not taste the same and I brought it to the attention of one of the employees and politely requested to have my smoothie made again, Israel who became very unprofessional advising and I quote, " You're just going to have to wait and it's going to take a while then shrugged his shoulder and walked away when I asked for a refund in the middle of me speaking.
I come to this Tropical smoothie alot and I have never been disrespected and treated like my money was nothing then like today... To the owner and management staff. You need to train this young man Isreal again and until then keep him in the back so he doesn't have to come in contact with customers.

Read moreUnfortunately I am unable to rate this location any higher that 1 star. I placed an order at 7:48am this morning. The app said that this particular location did not open until 8:00am and my order would not be ready until 8:15am. That was fine with me, I place my order and was going to pick my order up before work. I get to this location and the door is locked, the lights are off, and the sign on the door says they do not open until 10:00am. I checked the email I got to make sure that it was the right location and the email said 2330 w Brandon blvd at 8:15am. A hold was already placed on my account for the services that were NOT rendered and there was no way on the app to cancel my order but to call the store. As they were not open I could not do that either. After 10 I called the store and asked for a manager and I was told by Brian that there was not one on duty on Weekends. I then explained to him what had happened and requested that I be refunded. He told me that i would need to come back to the store get my money. As I was already at work I could not go back and I am reluctant to waste even more of my time and gas to be refunded money that should never have been charged. Read moreThese people just don’t care about their customers. I try my best only to leave reviews if I have something nice to say, but these guys warranted a bad review. We ordered for curb-side pickup. After waiting almost a half hour in the parking lot, we went inside to check on the status. The girl at the register asked for our name and found the smoothies and asked “is that all?” Without checking the order. We replied that we did have two meals that we were also waiting on, and without even checking said “oh she [girl in the back] is making the sandwiches”. We waited in the store another 20min watching walk-ins get their food before us (almost an hour after we placed the order at this point) when finally the sandwich gal inquired what we were waiting on, she went back to the oven and grabbed our sandwiches that had been there all along, and since got cold. This could have been avoided by either the cashier or the sandwich maker communicating. There was a steady flow of business, but it wasn’t crazy in there.
$30 later and we are stuck with melted smoothies and cold (that should have been hot) sandwiches. We love TSC and we’re very disappointed with our experience at this location. Just giving a morsel of a f* would have prevented...
