Firstly, went inside to use the bathroom, was waiting for one to be available. Employee walks out and clearly did not wash their hands as I heard no sink. Just a flush and the door immediately opened. Also full of vape smoke. I know this because I also vape. Decided to go through the drive through, when I got to the window I asked if my Asiago Ranch Chicken Club can have no ranch and the employee on 02/10/25 at 9:45 PM running the window told me just straight “NO” with an aggressive tone. I said I just wanted honey mustard instead. He then threw up his arms and slammed the window. He told me there was no water bottles and that he will Chek the back because their truck just got there. He was clearly upset working there. I think he may have been the manager in duty since he was the only one out of uniform. Either way I checked the bag for my honey mustard and it was not there. I asked him for the honey mustard and the receipt and he again slammed the window came back and agressively put them in my hand and said “ You don’t have to give me attitude, bye ” and slammed the window again. I tried to talk to him through the closed window but he kept saying “bye! Bye” bye!” honestly Wendy’s how dare you hire someone like this, I have never been treated with such disrespect in a drive thru. Your restaurants have lost so much credibility and I see why. Set your standards higher and hire people who want to be there because honestly Wendy’s your on the low tier of the fast food game. And your employees...

Terrible Experience – Won’t Be Returning

I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at this Wendy’s. I ordered five burgers every single one was cold, and the buns were hard like they’d been sitting out all day. On top of that, all the burgers had just one or two tiny pieces of bacon, barely the size of a quarter. It felt like they were thrown together without any care. I went home and my family and myself was disgusted. I immediately got back in my car to return the food.

Coming from a late night drive through. It was backed up pretty bad. When I got 3 cars away from ordering, I saw... heard why. Everyone in front of me was having to repeat their order. At first, I thought everyone in front of me was drunk/high and indecisive. When it was my time to order, I realized the problem was most likely the woman taking the orders. Ordered a salad, lettuce wrapped burger, and an unsweetened tea. Was interrupted while giving my order so she could check to see if they had the salad. She interrupted me 3 more times saying they did have it and they didn’t have it. Final verdict: they didn’t have the salad. Fine, I got a different salad. Had to restart the order every time she interrupted. When it came time to receive my food, got it and waited for the tea. She asked “is there anything else?”. “Yes the tea.” She says “I didn’t charge you for the unsweetened tea. We don’t even have that.” I looked for the receipt which she didn’t give, so I asked for that. She went to go get the receipt. She didn’t charge us. It was a 3 item order that she couldn’t handle.
