I had heard of the name of their business before, however, I was not aware of the type of service they offered until just before I went. They were referred to me by the company I have a warranty with on our vehicle. I am so glad that I received that suggestion and also that we went. They were very nice on the phone and in person. It was not too busy at the time for them, so we did not have to wait long at all for our vehicle to be taken back into the service area. It also did not take long for them to complete what was needed to be done. Afterwards, they even double checked the vehicle to make sure a problem that I had been experiencing before they worked on it was really gone. A great place, has about anything you need for homestead repair or improvements. The reason for 3 star rating, I bought a ac window unit and put in app for curbside pickup, when I got there I informed on app I was here, waited 45 min, something went wrong on app and switched to come inside and pick up, my wife was with me and seen what I put on app, reason, bad knee and can not walk well. The associate finally brought out with a attitude, I kept my mouth shut, it was hard. Got home noticed box had been damaged but opened anyway. Looking at frame by AC condenser, it was bent bad like a forklift ran into it. Needless to say another 60 mile round trip back to Lowe's. Got another one but I went back to the department on my walker and picked one with no damage. Let's see, adds up to be 120 miles. Reason I went there, nobody close by...

I didn't so much dislike until I just saw children having a pizza party on a photograph I know not how it came about and a guy holding a purple unicorn. As for the shopping experience no one was that helpful. I purchased a few items at Lowe's and Kroger's that I really don't like. When I came back to my house it was a nightmare.
