Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Flowood

This place has got to be full of the worst employees. We stopped to eat here around 730, the store was a mess, there was no ice and every drink in machine was OUT! When we asked the manager for ice, he had an attitude and literally grabbed a large cup from where he was standing and filled it with Ice and slammed it on the counter, when we asked for Dr. Pepper from behind the counter the cashier had an attitude! Even after we told her that the drinks were all out in the machine. Once we finally got our food, they forgot my ranch, so again I asked for some ranch only to have the girl roll her eyes at me, walk off and come back to ask the manager who was now in the kitchen area for some ranch. He literally threw the ranch across the counter! I am not sure what kind of management you guys have running the Flowood location, but the only thing he is running is your customers away! I have watched 15 people and yes I’ve counted, walked up to let them know the ice and soda was out! I'm not sure what has happened within the year of 2024 of Zaxby's but I absolutely love their food .But the past two times I've ate here I vomited and my back started hurting it was so scary .I have never in my life vomited immediately after or upon eating and never have I had this problem at Zaxby's .The chicken tasted old like it had been sitting out for hours or days ever since then I had back problems I'm 33 years old and never had back problems right after I threw up my back has never been the same ...Also i went back after this just thinkinv maybe its me or something elese tell me why the chicken taste like beyond fake meat .They were not crispy tiny bit of fries for such a large charge and i got sick yet again immediately upon eating their food again its so weird i will never ever go back not in any state or ever again .My body is telling me something strange is happening from the way its reacting off the food Isuggest there be a food safety check and we the people know when food has changed and is no...

I placed an order online and marked ranch sauce when I get my order I had no sauce at all. I called the store and told them I was missing my sauce they bring it to me 5 minutes later and tried to charge me for it, I told her I did not want extra I just wanted what I ordered! after a few minutes I still had no sauce so I called again and was told to hold, then a lady asked what can she help me with so I told her I was waiting on my sauce and she told me I needed to stop yelling at her (well she could not hear me from all the noise in her background and I was not yelling) as I tried to tell her what I needed she would interrupt me and kept telling me I ordered extra sauce and that would be a $1. Finally I had to get rude with her and she said there is no sense in this I will just bring you the sauce! I love zaxbys but after that service over 2 things of sauce, I don’t know when...
