The item I order was not in-stock even though the website showed that the item was available. I ordered online for a pick-up the next morning, but when I arrived after a 35 min drive in a storm, the store personnel told me the battery in inventory was a return and that they did not have a new battery in stock. Had they checked their online orders on arrival, they could have contacted me before I drove to the store. They really didn't seem to care about my inconvenience or that their ordering system allowed this error and told me that it has happened several times before. I went to AutoZone instead, they had several in-stock and I feel that if I need to use the warranty, I have more options. I called this store to ask about a battery replacement for my Samsung phone, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As someone whose first language is not English, I understand that I have an accent, but I was doing my best to communicate clearly. Instead of showing patience or trying to understand me, the person on the phone quickly ended the call without even attempting to help.

This kind of treatment makes people feel unwelcome and disrespected. It’s important for businesses especially those that serve a diverse community to show kindness, patience, and professionalism to everyone, regardless of how perfect their English is.

Got a new screen for my phone a few months ago. Had an issue where the fixed screen was separating from the phone . Never had this happen before. Have had the screen fixed previously 3-4 times. They fixed it from separating . Next time I dropped my phone the screen separated again causing my screen to crack but the expensive “handmade” tempered glass screen was perfectly in tact.
