I usually give a positive review or speak to the positive with the visits I make to places. So I'll end with the positive this round. We went to Fuzzys to redeem a free salad promo on the app available from 7/23 to 7/25. We visited on the 23rd. We do love Fuzzys, and I love the salads 🥗! I am new to using the app and don't know my way around it yet, so when I ordered, I asked for help redeeming the salad correctly to receive the free promo. We also ordered a side of rice, side of rice, chips with guacamole, and 2 soft drinks. I let the cashier 'drive' and redeem the promotion-I thought correctly. We received our food and were somewhat disappointed. My daughter said the beans tasted different like cardboard. I tasted, and they did taste a bit stale. I began to eat my salad and noticed right away that the shrimp tasted off like freezer burn or a bit stale. I tried to bring this to the attention of the server ( they have someone delivering food to your table now) but couldn't get her attention. I went to the cashier but she was busy too. The Fuzzys rice was good. After we left, I read my notifications from the Fuzzys app and realized the salad had been removed from my personal points, not the free salad promo. 1250 points were removed. That's the amount of a salad. I reached out yo Fuzzys through their Facebook page with no reply. I know some businesses don't check all the time, so I called. No answer the first time, so I called a second time. This time, someone answered, I explained the situation briefly, and they said they would get the manager. They disconnected the call probably by accident, so I called again. I called again, and the same person answered, heard my voice, and I got disconnected again. Currently, I haven't gotten a response back from Facebook messenger, and I haven't been able to get through. This happened a long time ago with Windsor Fuzzys, and they were very helpful. I'm sure that when someone at the Fort Collins Fuzzys sees this, they will reach out. I do truly enjoy eating at Fuzzys and their service and food are usually great. There's always that one time, and this was ours.

Probably a good place to grab a drink, but for us solely grabbing a quick bite, it was a bit disappointing. Tried the taco plate, was asked for "soft or hard", I presumed that meant flour or a crispy corn tortilla shell. To my dismay it meant a single (per taco), fresh out of the refrigerator cold - corn tortilla, both of which had edges that felt overly dry and tough / past its prime. The brisket had decent flavor but nothing to write home about and the chicken was on the cusp of being bland in my opinion. No salsas to spruce up your dishes, but they did have a couple hot sauces available on the table; a habanero and a hot. The refried beans were dry, the rice was fine. My fiance's burrito bowl was really quite small in our opinion. She was full, and thought it had a good flavor but just a bit light in size and quantity of meat. Would rather pay 9 or 10 and not feel like it's tiny compared to other burrito options. The front counter you order at felt like pushy up-selling for appetizers and drinks, as opposed to "hey we specialize in this and this if you'd like to try", so if you're expecting a standard taco or burrito shop where you can just grab a quick bite, this may not be your spot. We thought it came off like a good spot for a quick bite, drink, or both depending on your situation; but in our limited experience it had more of a standard restaurant feel, where you're expected to get a margarita and appetizer when you stop in. Maybe ordering to go would avoid this. Will update if we decide to try again in the future.

Super cute and the staff was AMAZING!!! Absolutely a great experience and if ever in the Fort Collins area again will definitely be coming back to this location! Bathrooms where very clean and kept up. Drinks where perfectly mixed and presented. The food was insanely fresh and fast! And for the heated patio we had a very short wait time The staff here are truly amazing and they made the whole experience for us between our constant orders and extra this extra that and our need for constant chip refills! Flexible, polite, super helpful!! Hope they get the recognition they deserve especially during this hideous time. Food wise i recommend the Shredded Chicken Burrito (this was fantastic!) The Chips and Queso were addictive! Free chip replacement when you order it but you will need to pay extra for more Queso! (Try dipping the burrito into the queso!!) I got the Beam-and-Coke which is mixed with a lime (tequila) bud light (pictured below!) delicious and hit the spot!

This place has terrible service and the functionality of how to place your order to were you go to pick up your order is an utter disaster. I have had two really awful experiences at this location. I work with the public so I can understand how stressed the environment can be. But the staff needs to work on streamlining the situation for pickup of orders and need to be more professional. The biggest disaster I experienced was going with a group of friends I ordered before everyone. Yet they all got there food well before me. I ordered three shrimp tacos. And I waited almost 35-40 minutes. After going up several times to the pickup station. And finally had to get help from a staff member. She apologized and said she would bring me my food when it was finally prepared. She said that my order never got sent over to the kitchen. I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes and still no food. Waited more and then after about 35 minutes I noticed what looked like my food just sitting at the counter. The women who said she would bring my food never did. And by that point it was cold. my friend found a manager and we explained the situation. She too apologized and said she would have my food made fresh and that she would bring my food to me. I actually asked for a refund. Because by that point my party had already finished eating and was about ready to leave. They could not process a refund, but offered a $10 gift card. Which really didn't cover the cost of my food or my wasted time. But nonetheless she still had them remake my food. I waited another 30 minutes. Ended up just going to the counter again and saw my food just sitting there. By that point I was famished and just grabbed the food. My friend grabbed the manager again and explained that my food was yet again waiting there, after she said she would bring it to me. Let me be frank. I had no problem getting my own food. I even said to the first staff member that I could get it myself and I also told that to the manager. But they both assured me that they would bring me my food to make up for my inconvenience. The manager did end up giving me a $10 gift card. But to be honest. It didn't solve my problem. It seemed counterintuitive to offer a gift card for a place that couldn't get my other correct the first time, 2nd time, or 3rd time around... What's to say I don't experience a similar situation when I choose to use the gift card? The only redeeming factor of this place is the food is good and the prices are responsible. But I don't feel I will be going to this establishment very often...
