Royal Palms Bar — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Ordered off of DoorDash around 10:15pm. Kept checking for updates. An hour goes by, and the app still says "Preparing Food". We went to call the store and they don't have a phone number attatched to Google, DoorDash, or their personal website. Google also said they had just closed at 11pm. At this point, we figured we wont get our food, which is why we tried to call. We had to jump through hoops with DoorDash customer service just to get a refund, because we couldn't cancel on the app without losing our money.

I highly recommend NOT ordering online from them. If something happens, you can't get ahold of the store.

UPDATE tried the stuffed mushrooms and so very yummy!! So I have been here a few times after work, which is pretty late, so I haven’t had a chance to try out the food yet. But I usually come and have a drink and the vibes are awesome, Javi and the other gentlemen are awesome. I went last night by myself and they were talking with me and making me feel at home. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants a nice little getaway, they even have bungalows with lights and music, perfect for couples wanting a romantic evening...

This place is the epitome of a hidden gem! Wish I could keep it a secret but it’s amazing and the staff are great (especially Estefania at the bar!!) so I want everyone to know about them.

All of the food was perfect for a day at the pool which is GREAT because there’s a pool to use while you eat and drink 👏🏽 drinks were made well, food was delicious, music was on point. Can’t wait to come back here for their killer happy hour specials. Keep doing...
