Birch Patio & Apartments — Hotel in Fort Lauderdale

I just spent the last 14 days at the Birch Patio … and I miss it already. From the moment you check in Anglea makes your stay feel like home. We have enjoyed the other property Napoli Belamar in the past but tried Birch Patio this time around. The rooms are simple and practical. Having a full kitchen made it less stressful with wanting to avoid restaurants due to food allergies. The 2 queen beds in the room made this a perfect way to spend our first family vacation in 2 years. We were able to prepare a few meals while at The Birch .. we enjoyed the BBQ’s and spent many evenings eating outdoors and soaking up the south Florida vibe. With the hotel being 1 block from the Fort Lauderdale beach it was perfect You don’t have to haul too much it’s just a short walk back to the room for a snack or a nap. We love the pool area so quiet and comfortable with plenty of deck chairs and tables with umbrellas ! The partially shaded pool was the perfect way to relax and float away any stress. My boyfriend and I spent a week here in March and it was a fabulous experience. This is a no-frills establishment so if you are expecting a full-service hotel this is NOT for you. Our room was VERY clean, which for me, is the most important part! I will say that the pool area could use a little cleaning - some debris around the perimeter - but nothing horrible. Daily maid service was perfect! It would be nice if they could leave the beach towels in the room as you have to get them from housekeeping, and sometimes you want to leave for the beach before they get there. We absolutely LOVED the kitchenette, having the pool right outside our room, and the two minute walk to the beach. I almost don't want to tell people about this place so I can keep it as my secret. We LOVED meeting all our neighbors and enjoyed some nights on the patio eating, drinking, and talking. It's truly a special experience! We can't wait to go...

A friend and I decided to go on a weeks trip but only needed a cheap place to sleep. The price was great and Angela at the office went over and above to take great care of us providing us with a variety of recommendations fr restaurants and items we forgot back at home like sunscreen and shampoo. At first glance most people would see two college kids and naturally scoff and walk the other way. She greeted us each day with a smile and always made sure we felt at home. The place itself covered the basics and even allowed us to use the pools at the sister motels as well as our own.
