We had a change in waitresses and the first waitress was awesome. We initially came in for a team going away party as someone was leaving our team. We are all military but did not come in uniform. Once the change happened, we had a new waitress named Kim and as one of my teammates was hugging another one, I jokingly said “look you see him he’s touchy, he’s intoxicated” while laughing. Right after that, I said “no ma’am I’m kidding. That’s his personality.” and then we didn’t see her for awhile after she took our drink and food order. So about 20 min went by and we waived her over. Once she came, we asked her where our drinks and food were and she responded that she didn’t feel comfortable serving us. I worked as a waitress at twin peaks and Texas Roadhouse before. I am very familiar with TABC rules and regulations. None of us were breaking them or intoxicated to the level of cutting off. One of our SFC’s said that’s fine if you aren’t comfortable, can you send another waitress over. She said “I can send the manager over” and we said “ok that works” Tori, the manager on shift, came over and we asked if anyone looks intoxicated. She said no but that’s not the issue. She said that her waitress said we cussed at her and we needed to leave immediately. These types of lies is what tarnishes our reputation and we all heard what was going on. It was about 8 people who said that never happened and we never used any of those words, but she replied with “well that’s what my server said and I will believe her over yall” and then walked away and never came back. As someone from the service industry for 4 years, I appreciate standing up for your co-workers, however this wasn’t the case and didn’t care to hear our side. This was a straight out lie and we were told to leave off of a joke that I told her 3 times it was a joke. She didn’t listen and lied about us using cuss words. We don’t do that. Especially when we go out to civilian places knowing the assumption people have about us. This was very offensive and lost this business money because we will not be coming here again unless in uniform to file a grievance. This waitress was out of line and we were never even told she wasn’t going to serve us. Whether that was alcohol or food. We put in food orders with her as well and she never inputted them due to our “intoxication” cut off the whole table because of one joke involving one person. With TABC regulations, you would think she would at least put in a food order if she was worried about the level of...

I’m a business owner in Fort Worth and I never tell anyone that doesn’t know when I go out. I look over a lot because even tho I know and follow all rules at my businesses I understand that nothing in life Is perfect.
This is approximately my 15th time coming to BoomerJack’s in the past few years and every single time I have to get a drink I have to deal with Britany. She is overly aggressive and rude to the people she doesn’t know and treat her regulars with the upmost respect (the ones that tip aggressively in hopes of something more).
I waited a couple years before I posted this review because I was hoping that her actions would change, but yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back.
I asked for a tequila shot, and she looked at me with a death stare in her eyes and said “we don’t have that tequila“ so I asked her what she did have, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me.
She never waited on us one time. She never asked us if she could refill and we were sitting in the middle of the bar directly in front of her.
when I got her attention and asked to order two drinks she looked at me and ignored me and rolled her eyes again.
Keep in mind this is not a busy day. This is a Monday. I’m off work on Mondays and I was there earlier than the normal happy hour crowd. It was very dead inside as far as business is concerned.
She took my bad day and made it worse by having to deal with her attitude and angry faces and comments.
We got up and paid our $23 tab (the other bar tender got us two drinks and to food items). We all went to a local bar not too far from there where we told them about our experience and over 14 regulars of the other Bar had a story associated with Britany. They took turns openly sharing their discontent with her service and her attitude for over an hour.i couldn’t believe this woman had possed off that many ppl.
I know this is a corporate place and they are back by a millions of dollars, but if they care about the service they provide to the customer at all they must let Britney go.
She is single-handedly ruining the business and I’m sure there has been a declining business trend over the years and I can pretty much guarantee you...
Read moreOk so I came two days back to back because I wanted to give them a second shot before I gave a review. Let me start off by saying on both days the service was good. The problem with me came from the food and drinks.
6/10/24 I came in late night for some steak quesadillas, and a crown/coke. I’ll start with the drink. The drink tastes like coke and coke instead of crown and coke if you know what I mean. I could barely and I do mean barely taste the coke. I even got another just to make sure I wasn’t tripping. If you are looking for a remotely strong drink DONT COME HERE!!
Food: The steak quesadilla was not worth the price I paid. I could literally count how many pieces of steak was on each quesadilla I ate. It was surely mostly cheese! For every quesadilla I ate it was 2 strips (not even full strips) of steak. After the first bite I was just eating cheese. I wouldn’t recommend.
6/11/24
Drink: Long Island Ice tea ( special they had for the day) it was ok nothing to rave about it was only 3 dollars but also taste premade. 4 out of 10
Food: Brisket nachos GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!! When it came out I went straight to make sure it was hot and to my surprise the brisket was lukewarm and even some pieces were cold! I had to go find my server to go get it remade. When it came out the second time I felt as though they gave me less meat (didn’t take a picture of the second one) I will say this if you’re expecting brisket with each bite this isn’t the place for you. Once you get through the top couple of nachos you’ll just be eating cheese and chips. I don’t know if they are focused on portion control but the two days I came that’s what it seems like.
Atmosphere: family friendly, girls are covered and my two servers for the two days were nice and attentive. The music I mean for family it’s good, but for a night crowd it’s pretty wack (1st night I came at night, 2nd time came around 5)
So with all that being said I give them a 3 out of 5 and the only reason they get the three is...
