I went in with my husband and my 2 year old son. The minute we walked in the air condition was turned off . It was hot , we were eating our food and it we were sweating. Another crowd came in it was a mother and two of her teenage daughters . They waited for about 3 minutes before someone came to order there food. There were 3 young teenagers working there. The guy that was taking our food , didn’t look like he was too happy working there. I asked him for spicy corn chips to go with the salad and when I told him he was walking t o the back as it was a problem . Then he bright back one , when I asked him for another bag of corn chips he was like just rude about it. The girls sat behind us and we can hear from the back the coworkers yelling as they banged on something really hard. The girls asked them are you ok back there . Of course they didn’t hear us. When we were walking out. I grabbed a refill and my husband was caring our son and all of a sudden , my husband was like do you have a manager that I can talk too. I’m like what happened , Eddie says there were talking about private parts of women and and men and they shouldn’t be talking like that . Especially if there is customers sitting down eating. Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.My family and I waited for an hour and a half after placing our orders. We spent 35 minutes trying to get ANYONE'S attention. A blond haired,short girl made eye contact, smiled sarcastically and walked right past us three times. When she finally talked to us,she accused us of walking in only 10 minutes prior,and told us it was our fault that we didn't tell her we were ready, despite having put the order in so long ago.Turns out she held it all in the back the whole time. She hands it to us,missing three drinks,shakes melted and food cold,not to mention BURNED,especially the onion rings. Then proceeded to give us an even worse attitude over the state of the food. I could understand if the place was busy. My disabled father was left standing,begging for assistance on top of it. I'm appalled this is allowed in a place of service, as someone who works in the same industry. Read moreThey should shut this location down. I don't speak Spanish nor do I want to hear all the employee's speaking spanish, maybe at the Northside location, not this one. Ordered two teriyaki bowls and the cluck sandwich got home which is 15 minutes away and the chicken on my cluck sandwich was harder than a piece of balsa wood, it was unbelievable like it was cooked twice on purpose. Usually I would just throw it in the trash and make a sandwich, this time I drove back and asked the associate if she would eat this wood sandwich.. Sandwich was replaced, That's called responsibility.
