I had the worst experience of any Raising Cane's at this location. Ordered an Arnold Palmer with more lemonade than sweet tea for my wife. My wife tried it and wanted there to be more lemonade. We were sitting at the window waiting for the rest of the food and we tried to wave at the cashier. There were 3 of them in the front and one of them saw us out of the corner of her eye and then turned her back to the window instead of helping us. When they brought the food out, we asked to correct the issue and instead were met with hostility. "We don't do refills it's unsanitary" she retorted. Instead of just saying, sure let me remake that and how would you like that drink? We were met with rudeness. I confronted her asking her why she was so rude it's just a drink. And instead responded with sarcasm. Then we found out our order was wrong when he came home. I'm not sure what is going on, but if your workers are that stressed and rude to customers that a small issue can't be corrected there must be a big...
Read moreHad a horrible food experience here this morning, I really wanted to just bring attention to the store that money is valuable and people are coming to fulfill their hunger and just want good fresh food. I personally, am a person who does not mind waiting on my food to be freshly made when ordered because I want my money’s worth ; I expect it. Angie, the manager of the store not only acknowledged this matter but went above and beyond to correct the problem. Angie showed a great deal empathy and really made me feel the total opposite of what I was feeling this morning it meant a lot to me. I certainly see why she is in the position she is in, more people of her professionalism are needed in customer service. I’m sure during her shift the food is always exceptional and hopefully the other shifts will receive the message as constructive criticism to only do better going forward. Thanks again for everything...
Read moreHad a terrible experience here. The restaurant was noticeably dirty when I walked in, and the staff didn’t seem well-managed. I originally ordered through the drive-thru and was told to park and wait for my food to be brought out. After waiting over 10 minutes while at least six other cars received their orders, I decided to cancel. The manager (in a grey sweater) was rude and dismissive, repeatedly yelling that my order was "coming out now", yet I saw no one actually backing it up and I just saw empty open bags.. After canceling, he just shouted to the back, “Never mind, I don’t need them.” So was it really "coming out now"? Meanwhile, multiple employees were just standing around.
He expressed he was their General Manager. If this was their GM, it explains a lot about the lack of organization. Definitely won’t...
