Wouldn’t recommend. Was here a couple or so weekends ago. For this Subway being at a train station the service should be a LOT better. I ordered on the app while at the station so I wouldn’t have to come in and wait, and when I get there the guy working the counter says, “I don’t think we have any churros” as I did order a churro. But I did eventually get one. I get my footlong sandwich, drink, and churro, and sit down to eat in peace. All good, right? No. First, when I got up to ask for napkins, all they had were paper towels but I got them. Ok, maybe they ran out recently, I thought. No big deal, time to eat. Next thing I know as I’m opening my sandwich the lady comes to my table with a bag of spinach leaves that for whatever reason she didn’t put in my sandwich to begin with, as it was what I asked them to put on, as she says, “these are for your sandwich.” The man behind the counter then says, “we deliver spinach to the table, too, bud.” Well, excuse me. Make sure you actually watch over what you have in supply, bud. This place is a disaster if they can’t even keep track of what they have, and it’s in a train...
Read moreI entered the restaurant at 6 am last Sunday (5-9-25). I was dropping my kid off at the Grayhound bus station before the station opened. I walked down the sidewalk to the Subway. The front door was propped wide open, music was blaring. I walked in, waiting for the man inside to notice me. I wanted to ask him is he knew anything about the bus station. When he turned & saw me, he started yelling, pointing to the door,"Get out! Don't come in unless the open sign is on!" He was walking towards me in a threatening way. He would not allow me to speak. Once I was outside, I finally was able to tell him that I was just trying to ask a question. He said he did care, to go ask the security guard. I understand that the homeless population is large in the area. I'm sure it's a nuisance. I am clearly not homeless. If you don't want people walking in, close the door. Even a homeless person doesn't deserve to be spoken to in such a manner. Shame on you, sir. If I were starving, I would never set foot in that...
Read moreI was visiting Fort Worth to see the UP Big Boy on display, and decided to stop here for lunch. When ordering my sandwich, I noticed the tray of tomatoes was empty, so I asked the person making my sandwich if they were out, and he said that he'd check in the back. It had been a particularly busy day because of the exhibit, so I totally get that they may have been out entirely, but that's not where my issue stems from. What happened next was the really infuriating part, which was that the manager, who was working the cash register, said that she would not look in the back as she had "locked the door to the back because they were being disrespectful." I don't see how that was a reasonable decision to stop doing your job because people were disrespectful. I understand that there were a lot of people coming through, and some of them probably weren't on their best behavior, but that doesn't mean you can just flat out stop doing your job because someone was...
