Terrible customer service. You walk in and hear 2 employees yell "customer at the front counter". Maybe "welcome to Wendy's, someone will be right with you to take your order." would be a better way to welcome your customers. Then the young man who came from some storage closet to take our order didn't even greet us either. You could barely hear him when he spoke. From a business standpoint he didn't try and offer us anything extra, didn't make sure we were happy with the toppings on the burgers or the sizes of the fries that came with out meal. When he asked for the name on the order after saying Brad very clear, the receipt said Brett instead. We got out drink cups to find that one of the 2 Coke machines wasn't working because it was in a maintenance cycle. The other Coke machine was out of about half the drink options or maybe more. The floor in front of the machine was sticky, even though there was a wet floor sign (the floor hadn't been wet in some time). The next group that came in after us got the same "welcoming" yell from the staff as we did. Their orders seemed to messed up as they were at the counter talking to the hard to hear young man who was taking orders. We still hadn't received our order yet. When our order came out is when I realized that the baconator, that largest burger on the menu, comes with small fries. I asked if I could make them a medium and would be willing to pay the difference. He said he would just get me medium fries without charging me. Those fries never came because someone else was up at the counter to ask where an item they had ordered was since it wasn't on their tray. I went and sat down. Finally I had had enough and decided that I would just walk up and order a whole new order of medium fries. After my order was taken with no apology to forgetting my larger fry request I paid $2.37 for one medium fry. My meal was only $8.59!! We will never be back! My finance realized that a year ago he rated this same Wendy's with a one star for the same reasons. I will be skipping the advice of the receipt to contact the general manager with complaints or issues and will be contacting Wendy's Corporate office to file a complaint. Training and expectations clearly have not been set or executed by management yet, nore has it been in at least a year. Read moreThis has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had attempting to get food. I placed an order through the online application, and had it delivered. I found out that they utilized doordash for their delivery service. When the food arrived at my door, I found that I was missing more than half of the order. There was food that I didn't order in there and even the drinks were incorrect. The order itself was over $70 to feed a family of 6. Since I ordered through the Wendy's app, I could see where the order was set up from so I tried to call the location. The phone does not ring for this Wendy's. I then tried to go through doordash, which they said that I had to talk to the Wendy's location.. I once again tried calling. After approximately an hour of trying to get a person, I had to drive up to the location. Once I arrived, the front door was locked, which it should not have been for at least 30 more minutes, and I had to utilize the drive through. Getting to the window, I was asked if I had all of the food that had been delivered, mind you I have 5 children at home who had been waiting for food.. I was told no they couldn't do anything since I didn't have all of the food, that I should have made the kids wait; therefore they couldn't do anything to assist or to complete the order, even though I was able to dictate exactly what was missing and produced the receipt. At this point they told me I needed to talk to customer care, which I had tried to call earlier and is closed.. I also tried the chat functionality earlier which was also closed.. At this point I requested the the owner's number, or the regional manager's number or the store manager's number. I was told they could not give me any of them and they did not offer to give them a message either. They were a little busy but acknowledged me and I told them to take their time in which they didn't, they asked another employee to get me right away! I didn't experience any "slow" services mainly because waiting 2 minutes to get my order is not slow to me. It might be to the rest of these reviewers tho.
Many reviews are claiming that they get the order wrong "everytime"? What kind of complicated orders are you asking for bro's and gals?! I swear, people can make mistakes. I ordered the 4 for $4 double stack and it was amazing! For a fast food place, if say this is the best beef burger fast food I've ever been to in a long time!!!
Just look at my pictures! The fries were a little stale but still a little crispy and nothing to complain about. The nuggets were really really good! That picture there is the inside and it's very well coated with the batter! The white meat inside was tasty AF!
I had to make a new paragraph for there burger but look at that! Damn! I asked to add lettuce and tomato and that was free of charge! As I bite into the ultra soft buns that remind me of those Hawaiian buns you get at the store, there's that crunch along with the hot juicy meat patty. Immediately I could tell for the first time at a fast food restaurant that this patty IS FRESH! WOW SO THIS IS WHAT A FRESH BEEF PATTY FROM A FAST FOOD PLACE TASTES LIKE?! HOLY SMOKES!!!! As you can see from the pictures they didn't use cheap white onion, no, they used freaking red onion!!! And that pickle? Why was that pickle sweet and crunchy, and not overly sour and soggy?!
Every bite of that burger was super enjoyable! Unfortunately it was small but the rest of the sides filled me up!
