Went thru the drive thru, and a female with glasses, dark hair, (trying to give a good description so this can’t be blamed on just anyone) was there - I hope she can just get told if she’s having a bad day, take a minute and a breathe. Was ordering, no big deal - got to the window and forgot to ask for lettuce and tomato, but I said you can just put it on the side it’s not biggie sorry I forgot to ask for it (there were some fire trucks wailing by so I had to wait to finish to order and I just forgot by the time I was able to continue ordering). I KID YOU NOT. She just stared at me and kept sighing. Like she was so mad, and I was like I’m sorry? I’ll just add it on myself, and if it’s an extra charge this was when I was handing my card over, so can charge me for it I’m all good with it. But I’ll add it on myself in case it’s already made I don’t mind doing it. And she just kept staring me down not even blinking. I’m talking we maintained eye contact for a solid minute without talking. Then she slammed (HARD SLAMMED) the window shut. I had ordered mozzarella sticks & a cherry turnover too so when she shoved the bag at me, I asked if there was sauce in the bag, with no response she slammed the window shut again. Not gonna lie, I don’t appreciate that at all. Her attitude was very unwelcome but I’m an adult so I just knew she wasn’t gonna bring me what I wanted but it’s ok bc she is already having an interesting day. She brings some ranch and I said “I hope with whatever is going on with you - that it gets better, and I hope you just have a better day”. And she said “oh baby my day is great”. Although I don’t appreciate being called any pet name - I also like going to Arby’s but I’m not gonna deal with attitude over lettuce and tomatoes. They also forgot my turnover but I didn’t want to go back because it wasn’t worth it. Overall - a disappointing experience that I didn’t appreciate. But good news, it’s not a usual occurrence there. Overall they are usually nice and has fresh food. I understand fast food can be frustrating. But it’s not like I was being rude. I noticed her aggression and tried to…idk make it easier? But I still wanted my stuff the way I like it 😭 But know your limitations if that pushes you over. She should have taken a moment, a walk, idk. Read moreWorst jamocha shake I've ever had. The entire bottom half was all just plain vanilla. I did not order a half vanilla shake. I dislike vanilla. Times are so tight you guys can't even portion out the appropriate amount of syrup for a shake? Pathetic. Prices just keep rising while quality is tanking. I should have just gone to Chick-fil-A. Guess I'll know better for next time.

Decided after all this time to give this location another chance. So I waited 17 minutes for my dine in order. That's unacceptable. What's more unacceptable is the order being wrong after a 17 minute wait. Fast food should be fast. If I wanted to wait real restaurant times, I would have gone to a real restaurant. But the real kicker here, is that after 17 minutes waiting and being ready to ask for a refund for wasting my time so I can move on with my day, the food finally came out WRONG. My 11 year old attempted to get his order corrected at the front counter, but the manager in charge wouldn't hear anything he had to say, and kept talking over him and finishing his sentences for him. That's absolutely disgusting. You don't get to just ignore when you foul up the order. I don't care if it's inconvenient for you to do your job. You fouled it up, you should have fixed my kid's food when it was requested.
Can someone tell me where to find a good Arby's? Preferably from a different franchise holder? This owner is just going to blow this...
Read moreThis is an edited update on (June 16, 2020 because I cannot go back and give 5 more stars, but, if I could I would give 5 stars for every visit...Almost everytime I come, Wilma is always perfect and she is a wonderful lady and each time she is: very professional, very very kind, very terrific at her job as well as treats her customers ALL with respect, and kindness. I told her I LOVE ARBY'S...AND THIS ONE IS TERRIFIC, BUT, I would go a lot more.. Just to see Wima's friendly face and get excellent food! Keep up the great work...
:This was 8 months agoThe food was terrific, but, I'm doing a survey (which I typically do not do for Fast Food places,) but, I'm doing this review because we had a server/cashier Named Wilma. She REALLY, and TRULY made the experience unforgettable, with her great work, kindness and going out of her way to help us! Now, I know I won't be using the drive thru, because she made our experience so great! The rest of the staff, were also on point: they worked effectively, quickly, but, with great attitudes, which, believe me, you SO rarely find anyone (especially in the dining and retail areas) as special as Wilma, and as the evening staff, and Wilma, and the other's working later in the day, seem excellent, and I cannot stress enough, how they are definitely assets to your Company, and we want to say a heartfelt, "thank you," for Wilma, and ALL...
