As someone being in the customer service industry this was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Stopped here after hitting the slopes with a couple of friends. We ordered drinks and Jake our server checked our ID’s and then proceeded to let us know that where we were from (Nebraska) smells like cow manure. Thanks?

Then my friend ordered another drink. 30 minutes goes by and he had never even put the order in for the drink at all. So we tell him never mind on the drink and we would like to cash out. We all split the bill so separate transactions. Jake brings me someone else’s card with a receipt for my bill $17. So he ended up charging my card for someone else’s bill for $40 and then also charged me for mine as well so I was charged 2 times now.

The manager came over to explain that the wrong charge would be voided and put back into my account. So we go to leave and we all checked our accounts to make sure everything was okay and my friend had an extra charge on her account for $35 along with what her original bill for $17. So we had to go back after we had left to make sure they had voided that transaction as well.

We went back in there to speak to the manager and he walked past us multiple times ignoring us until we finally got his attention. He said the transaction was voided, but was also very rude about it. It took us an hour trying to figure out the mix up and not once did anyone apologize for the inconveniences. We visit Keystone area frequently and will not be...

If we could leave a review of 0 we would. The drinks were fine, and the girl picking up dishes from each table was on top of things. The 45 minute wait for our sandwiches which wound up being cold was not ok. Neither was the snobby attitude from our waitress who told us that 'well it's a Saturday in a ski town' or 'can't you see all the tickets'. She didn't check on us (We wound up ordering drinks from the dish girl), we could see her eating on the floor while waiting the 45 minutes for our cold food, she was helping the bar with dishes when clearly someone should have been helping the kitchen, she was combative and didn't take ownership for the poor experience at all. She didn't apologize for the delay, offer any sort of service to make up for this, or warn us that the kitchen was so backed up that our food would be beyond late. One of the bartenders also picked food out of his teeth before reaching into the chips to put together a side of chips. We asked to speak to the manager but our snobby waitress told us he was busy.

We could hear the servers complaining about tips, but with that type of service I'm not sure why they were surprised. One man walked up to another service and asked if they had a waitress because they had been sitting unattended for a long time. She snapped back at him that someone would get there when they could. This place needs new servers...

Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. I had the worst dining experience of my life here. We waited at least 2 hours for our food, we had our kids with us, didn’t have the option to walk out because it was the only place open and our kids were starving. Servers and manger were extremely rude for no reason. Messed up our order three times. Food was a 4 out of 10. Bartender was rude (ie 4 employees behind the bar, not busy with customers at all, bartender wouldn’t even look at me and I had to flag hin down after about 7min of waiting for a drink.) We were polite and left a tip anyway. DO NOT eat here and expect good service/good food. Go to any other restaurant in Keystone. Fast food would have been a better option. Impossible to get money back because they do not answer the phone/have any email. Boo to this spot. Vail Resorts… get your...

Credit card fraud!! After very rude attitude and bad service from an older lady behind the bar I decided to leave no tip. They messed up my order and she gave me attitude when I asked for it to be fixed and the service was very slow which is why I left no tip. I noticed a couple weeks later the charge was bigger than I remember when I was looking at my credit card statement. I called and spoke with a manager and he found the receipt and noticed it had been changed to include a $10 tip. He said he agreed it was obvious someone had changed it to include a tip but the lady who did it denied doing so and there was nothing he could do about it except give me the tip back. I would avoid this place! I had the manager send me a photo of the receipt and I have attached it to this review.

This was one of the worst poke bowls I've ever had, they call it the "tuna cold bowl" on the menu I think? First off, the fish was extremely fishy and had a gross aftertaste, which they tried to cover up with an aggressive soy marinade. Second, the avocado was somehow, I don't even know, macerated?? There was this weird film of avocado goo on the cubes which I have never seen in my life, I can only hazard a guess that it's due to frozen and thawed avocado cubes (for smoothies?) The cabbage and carrot were fine, mango was fine, rice was almost crunchy. Other people liked the bao and ramen but I really recommend not getting the tuna cold bowl.

This place has been rebranded to 9280' Sake House. The old menu is no long available. Great atmosphere with the giant glass windows. We had lunch here and got rice bowls and boa appetizer. The boa appetizer comes with 2 very good boas, so definitely mountain prices. The bowls are filling and seem like a better deal to me. We didn't try the Ramen. It wasn't busy at all when we went and the service was fantastic. The bartender who helped us was very personable and friendly. The menu is a bit limited but the food came out very quickly and delicious.
