Denny's Restaurant — Restaurant in Four Corners

If you are in the Kissimmee/Disney World area you have to eat at this restaurant - particularly for breakfast!!! Today we stopped at about 9:00 am as my husband had a free "slam" breakfast. We were quickly seated in a large booth by the window and looking at the creamers on the table I asked the hostess if they had hazelnut creamer. Within seconds, our waitress Nicole appeared with a bowl of french vanilla creamers and 2 cups filled with coffee. I looked at her amazed and asked if she was a mind reader, and she said that because I asked for the creamers, she concluded that we would want coffee! Nicole's amazing customer care only began there. She gave us an appropriate amount of time to choose our orders, recommended the french toast when my husband asked if it was any good and within minutes was serving us our food and I can tell you - get the french toast - truly yum! Not to be outdone, I had the 55+ omelet chock full of bacon, cheese, tomatoes and caramelized onions, puffed as if it was a soufflé(!) with perfectly crisped hash brown potatoes. I typically cannot finish an entire restaurant breakfast but this food was just too delicious. After serving us, Nicole checked back right away to ask if we needed anything and brought jelly for the toast and topped off our coffee. About half-way through our meal she stopped back again with another coffee refill, left the check and said, no hurry, and then returned with 2 to-go coffees and creamers and a take out container for the rest of my hash browns. Not only was the food delicious but Nicole's customer service went way beyond just "service" and into the AAA+++ level of "guest care" ensuring in a diplomatic, professional yet friendly way that we had everything that we needed to have a delicious and enjoyable breakfast experience. Bri made my experience at Denny’s worthwhile. I usually don’t eat at this restaurant because of my family’s negative reaction when the word Denny’s is mentioned, but I literally just got out of the hospital days ago. I was there from June 16th until July 3, 2025. I believe I shared this information with her as well; she listened to me like a counselor would and was very understanding and patient. I told her I was really hungry tonight due to all the medication I take. I chose to give eating here a chance. Bri doesn’t know this, but her service was top-tier, on a top-notch level. I’ve been pescatarian for a year now and recently started eating vegetarian food as well. She accommodated every request I made. I had a salad, vegetarian omelette, 4th of July stuffed pancakes, hash browns, orange juice, and cheese sticks. The food was delicious, hot, and made perfectly! This was the first time I had a real cheese pull when ordering cheese sticks, lol. I appreciate her warm-hearted spirit and welcoming hospitality. To be honest, she’s the only staff member who gave me that kind of customer service. If she hadn’t been there that late night, I know I would have taken my food and left. From this day forward, I’ll only go to Denny’s when she’s on the schedule. That experience was what I needed after going through my healthcare scare. Plus, on top of that, she’s from Louisiana just like I am. I think the connection was there the whole time based on that alone, lol. I was happy to leave a tip and now this 5-star review. Every year for the past 3yrs we drive from GA to our VRBO VACA's in FL and TN; We fell in LOVE with Denny's in TN and they still remain the absolute BEST location from their food to service to delivery as ALL 3 are SERIOUSLY TOP NOTCH ❤️😍❤️😍❤️ This was our 1st visit to Kissimmee and our LAST time ordering from this Denny's!

-We ordered 2 Moons over my Hammy, an Omelet and a Slam (see receipt pic) $51.00 Total!

-Delivery arrived, with a Moons over my Hammy missing, so I had to call the location. Was told I could come pick it up or get a refund-- Well, 1: We JUST drove 5hrs & 40mins from GA and were TIRED and in the middle of Unpacking! 2: Why would I want a refund if I ordered the item I obviously want it instead of money back 🤬 If I were the manager, out of courtesy I would have simply took the order to my customer myself ESPECIALLY knowing they literally just got off of the highway! SMDH!

-My Omelet had burnt onions and mushrooms on top and throughout and was TERRIBLE! WHY would a cook serve that to someone!! Prior to biting into it, I had to put a napkin under the Omelet due to the excessive oil it was sitting in Ewwww 🤮

-Both of our Hashbrowns were OVERCOOKED and HARD!

-My pancakes were BURNT!
