Wendy's — Restaurant in Frankfort

I went thru the drive through here over this past weekend to get my kids something to eat for breakfast. I'm not sure what was wrong with the girl that took my order but she clearly wasn't listening to a word I said. I told her 2 Bacon Egg Cheese Croissants and 1 order of Seasoned Potatoes. She read the order back to me and I saw that she put that I ordered sausage. I corrected her and every time she'd read it back to me she still said sausage lol. I thought maybe she was joking but she most definitely wasn't and then she wouldn't add the potatoes after me telling her 3 times that I wanted them too. I spoke clearly and slow enough for her to understand so, I'm not sure what happened. The food was pretty good even though some of the potatoes were cooked all the way through and the cheese had been pretty much disappeared after it melted away.

I've been here many times at this location and have never had an issue before so, I know it's not something that's normal for them. I always have a great experience here but this time was rather frustrating and almost embarrassing because I thought she was joking with me. Even if you may not have a clue what someone says because you don't understand them or maybe just can't hear them, at least ask them to repeat it and then verify that's what...

I'm usually not someone to leave reviews but I feel my experience here today required one. I placed a mobile order and arrived around 10 minutes later to pick it up. I understand it was a little after noon so waiting a few minutes extra was very likely. I stood inside the store for nearly 35 minutes before receiving my food. There was 8 people that came in, waited on, and received their food in front of me. I had asked a few times if there was an ETA on my order but was only told "we're working on it". I understand things happen, but this was unacceptable. I asked to speak with the store manager to express my concern and the only response received from her was "we have had a lot of big orders", she did not express any interest in helping me whatsoever. Keep in mind, I only had ordered two meals, so I don't think mine was a "big" order. So, in total I spent 45 minutes today getting a to-go order from what is considered a "fast food" establishment.

After today's experience, I will not be going back to this location and would not recommend anyone else to...

Update 8.6.23...still not one response from Wendy's corporate office nor the local store. I basically feel I was punished for choosing to spend my hard earned money at Wendy's by getting flat tires due to negligence of the construction going on at the time I'd like someone to contact me!!

This Wendy's is much better than the East side restaurant, but during the construction, I told employees , both managers and regular staff THREE DIFFERENT TIMES about the nails and screws in the lot where the Construction crew was not cleaning properly. Guess what, now I have a screw in my tire that matches the ones in the lot and you can two my tire is new, and it was a $170 tire at that. I've called but not received a call back yet I know the manager Jennifer will do everything she can to make this right but I'm having to air my tire EVERY SINGLE DAY and at $2 each time, I'd also adding up!! I need some Assistance to resolve this. I'm daily Wendy's breakfast customer, so I'd absolutely love an update,...
