BUG FOUND IN MY FOOD/ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking for a highly rated restaurant in my office area to grab lunch. I ordered chicken tikka masala (plain basmati rice included) and garlic naan; I was completely repulsed as I was eating my order when I found a BUG on my rice. I called immediately to inform the restaurant; they apologized, offered a refund, & requested I submit picture proof. Please see my included pictures for their terrible customer service. I had to go in after work and they still tried to say they can only remake food. I had to demand a refund as promised over the phone. I will never go back here again and highly discourage anyone from coming here. It’s obvious they do not dust or clean their establishment up to code. The shelves behind the cashier stand are filthy and covered in dust. Unfortunately, my favorite Indian restaurant: Kebab Palace does not open until after 4:30. I would recommend going anywhere else but here for better more quality food experience. From what I tasted out of my first bites it was 4/10 at best. My order tasted more like butter chicken then chicken tikka. I was extremely disappointed and I hope they are inspected by the health department. As for there horrendous and insulting costumer service I have no solution to recommend. Read moreI had an absolutely awful experience here. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, the naan, some chicken bread thing, and samosas. When they brought the food i ate the samosas and was putting the sauce from the masala on it when my sister pointed out that the chicken in the masala looked bad. She told our server and she told us to hold on and she never came back to address the situation. So we decided to leave and just pay the bill. When we went to pay the lady wanted us to pay for the masala and said we ate it. When we didn't even eat it just some of the sauce because the server never even brought us rice or come back and correct the bad chicken situation. The samosas were good and the drinks i didn't mind paying for. The bread i personally didn't like the naan tasted burnt to me and the chicken bread thing tasted like something from taco bell to me and it was cold, but my sister and partner liked the bread so I payed for that. That night and the following day my partner and i have been so sick to our stomachs and we suspect it was cuz we ate some of the sauce that had that bad chicken. They were pretty rude about the situation as well they weren't apologetic at all. And i still spent $32 in their restaurant. But, yesterday, I was with my family, I gave them a call one hour before we get there to dine-in. We understand that it was a bit busy when we came. Miscommunication about the order if it’s gonna be dine-in or to go. We waited for another 20 minutes to get our order. We are running late in our appointment. The lady server has an attitude, and the way she replied was so rude and sarcastic. I called the following day to check if we were charged correctly. She told me, they charged us right and I can check the menu online for the prices (but some items wasn’t there, that’s why i called for clarification).. It was yesterday order, so she cannot check it, that I have to check the online menu. Then I said, I need to know what you charged me for, because we had doubted it. We checked each and every items and prices, and the server quickly told me all the prices. It was ok for me to leave the issue, after the conversation. But, the worst thing was, this server started questioning me “What is the problem now, I cannot understand?” With the high tone!!! Hello? Do you hear yourself?
