Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered 2 cantina melt Tacos one without lettuce,sour cream, or tomatoes. Recieved a taco with 1/3 the amount of meat there should've been and no nacho Cheese sauce. We took it back and were extremely nice because mistakes happen and it's not that big of a deal. The kid at the window argued with us about how we were wrong and that's how it always looks(I've ordered it 2 other places and this location more that once and never recieved one like that). I said no, more is supposed to be in it. He goes and gets the manager who proceeds to argue with us about it and finally says I can get you a side of beef and you can put it on yourself. We said no remake the whole thing because we've been waiting and it's missing nacho Cheese sauce too. They remade it and she handed it out the window very passive aggressively and slammed her drive thru window. I'm going to skip out on taco bell in town from now on because I'm sick if all the taco bells treating everyone rudely because they need "Employees" and the employees feel like they can do whatever. Maybe when they no longer have people coming because they're fed up they'll realize they need to train people who are nice. Corporate just kinda says tough luck when...

One of the shabbiest tb's I've been to on the west coast. taco bell is a 2.5 star franchise for me. you will see on my profile I rate most 2 or 3 stars on here. the counter girl was the highlight with a smile and was helpful.

I got the discovery box at $9 at the time of this writing and I won't get it again as its barely more food than the $7 supreme box. The tacos were sparse with toppings. the crunch wrap had a bit of an odd flavor. The dorritos loco taco used to be orange and have some flavor in the shell but it was barely distinguishable from the regular crunchy taco in flavor and color.

The new midnight baja soda is grape soda but with caffeine in it. seems to have replaced root beer but it's not better than root beer. The lobby soda machine appears to be non functional so i just took some sips and ditched it without replacing. root beer is the only one I used to get. now with no non-caffeine sodas I'm left to not get a drink next visit.

The bathroom was nasty. The floors everywhere looked bad. It looks like they partially remodeled this one but they left some wooden booths and the one i sat on was shaky. One of the few taco bells I...

Bad experience tonight. Very disapointed in management for letting kids run the business. I understand its a fast food place but at least get customers orders correctly and listen to what condiments customers want and dont want in their order. As many customers can suffer from food allergies etc. Drive thru got my order wrong. I corrected at the window. Then received the wrong order again. I got off to let them know the order was incorrect again. Then i got my house and noticed they didn't get me my full order. I paid for food I didnt get .Very VERY disapointed in this location. All workers were goofing off and lacked disapline as to how to speak to customers . I own a busines of my own, and I can gladly say I would not hire anyone on this shift . . Date 11/14/2018 working from 1030pm or so. They all need to be fired and or retrained . People avoid this location. It is not worth the hassle. First and last time I will go there!...
