Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fresno

There is a lady who works the drive thru late at night with ginger red hair who is very rude this is the second time I went to this location and she has given horrible customer service the first time I went she was working at the window she spent 10 minutes talking to a customer in the drive thru after handing them their order of Red Bulls there was a long line and I was in the car behind the customer at the window and they were just sitting there having a conversation holding up the line instead of telling them she had to help other customers she engaged in a long conversation after handing them their order not even caring that there were cars behind who also needed help the second time I went she handed me my order but she did not give me my soda so I told her she forgot the soda she walked away irritated didn’t say anything and she was gone from the window for about 5 minutes I see her walking back and fourth but she still didn’t hand me my soda so I honked my horn to see why it was taking so long to hand me my soda and she came to the window with an attitude saying “You’re going to have to wait the soda machine ran out of syrup” in nasty condescending way so I told her she didn’t have to say it like that and all she had to do was come to the window after she found out the soda machine needed more syrup and let us know nicely that the soda machine needed more syrup and if we didn’t mind waiting just a little while longer and she closed the window in my face and walked off if I was the manager she would have been fired her customer service is horrible obviously this is who she is at the drive thru because no one is punishing her for her actions the fact that I came to this location on a late night on 2 different occasions and received the same horrible customer service from the same person lets me know that she does this often and gets away with it thank god she has such a distinctive hair color and works the same late night shift or I wouldn’t have been able to leave this review about her because I definitely don’t know her name but yall...

Arrived 10 minutes before drive through opens at 6am. I waited by the drive through for them to remove the cones and open at 6. No one came and dining room is closed so at 6:20 I called and asked what time they would be opening the drive through. I was told they would be opening it very shortly ....they were preparing the grills and would open soon .... so I waited. After waiting 20 more minutes they opened the drive-through at 6:40 AM. After paying for my order I was asked to pull forward and wait in the parking lot and they would WALK my food out to me. I WAS THE ONLY CAR THERE .... And they want me to pull forward and WALK my food out ?? I was told on previous visits the reason they do this is because they monitor their drive-through times ... So it doesn't look like people wait too long. I declined the offer to pull forward and I waited at the window for my order. I pulled out of the drive-through at about 6:45 AM ..... So if opening time is supposed to be 6 AM ... it took me 45 minutes to get an order. You should be open and ready to service your customers at opening time. But I like Jack in the Box food ... I have enjoyed it for the last 50 years ! I was in the mood for Jack in the Box and I'm a loyal customer so I waited .... Even on previous visits their timing at this drive-through is terrible ... but today was...

Not a bad experience as far as Fast food is concerned- Service was Quick, (so quick in fact, the Cashier could've been considered "short" or "rude". In his defense however, it was very late at night & there were other customers behind me in line for the drive thru & my order was pretty large...), ☑️Fast & as for the "Food"- my order was not only Quick, but Hot & Fresh & to my utter amazement, complete! When he finally handed the last bag of food out the window, I immediately began scanning the contents of each bag, checking for any missing/extra items or any other random mistakes in my order, (to the obvious frustration of the cashier!), but surprisingly enough, I found none. Even after getting home & passing out all the food & double checking all the special orders, there were NØNE. The entire order was exactly as I had ordered it! So, in conclusion- I was able to get a Fresh, Hot meal, for several people, Quickly & Correctly, in the middle of the night, for a Reasonable Price . . . !YaY! & !YuM! . . . Yes, they obviously have some issues, but I think the "Good" seriously outweighs the "Bad" here! So, Yes, I would eat there again & Yes, I would recommend this establishment to others. Thank U to all the employees who make it all possible day in & day out, y'all...
