It is always a pleasant surprise in today's world to encounter a merchant who offers quality products, as well as a commitment to customer service. That is exactly what I experienced on a recent trip to Copper Mountain. I had purchased a sweatshirt from CMM to use as a gift. Upon returning home, there was a problem with the size. Had the best time shopping at Copper Mountain and the mercantile was one of if not my favorite shop the whole week I was there. The prices were incredibly reasonable and the staff was super friendly — I spoke with the cashier named Jennifer who was so kind and helpful. We had a really nice conversation with her about the mountain and she gave us great suggestions for exploring the mountain and which ski lifts to take.

I purchased a shirt at Copper Mountain Mercantile for my wife while skiing at Copper Mountain. She was not with me during my time skiing there.
