Copper Mountain Business Center — Local services in Four Corners States

Don't stay here! Had the worst experience in my life. We checked in to our room at 11pm at night only to find it hadn't been cleaned. Dirty towels in tub, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, bed unmade, old food left in refrigerator. We contacted front desk and talked with a Nicole who basically said there wasn't anything she could do! & didn't care. No apology for the inconvenience. We had to press the issue in getting a clean room that night. Finally after talking with a very rude Jesus, the Desk Manager and after 2 hours we were given a clean room. They said they would clean the room and we have to move back the next day. We told them we would be gone All day & wouldn't be able to that day. We get back at 11.47 PM with 2 notes on door that new had to move out NOW at midnight. We asked to wait until morning but they are so nasty & uncaring that they sent Hotel Security to make us move and than the Sheriff. Saying we were trespassing. The only reason they wanted us out was because they had it booked and blaming us because they messed up !!. Terrible customer service, very rude and not taking responsibility for what they did wrong, blaming a 65 year old couple for their mistakes!!! Overall it's a decent resort, in terms of the slopes it's similar to the resorts that are nearby. Sometimes there's not much snow but it just depends on the weather. There's also a decent amount of places to ski or ride park if that's something you enjoy. The two big drawbacks of Copper are that they don't have (as far as I can tell) seating for customers that are not also customers of their food court which is unfortunate. And the other drawbacks is that they don't have free parking close to the actual resort the way some other resorts do (though there is a convenient bus that ferries people from the free parking...

Amazing experience! I was a little crowed, but we were helped in less than 15 minutes. Most of the wait were customers not knowing what type of passes/service to get.
