In looking for a new pizza joint in Summit County, we stumbled across a little hole in the wall called Peppino's. One of our best days ever. If you’re tired of the soft, soggy, lifeless crusts that many places serve these days, you’re gonna love the crispy thin, crusts here. We have a place in Dillon so were up here from the springs every couple times a month or more. Now we plan our meals around at least ONE trip to Peppino's. I’m starting to think a 4 hour R/T for pie might not be out of the question?!?! :-) A trip to Dillon, Frisco or Summit Co. is not complete without a pie from these guys. The crew is fun, always in a good mood, they can dish it out as well as take it. Do yourself/friends/family a favor, pull off the interstate and give these guys a try I HIGHLY recommend it! Only been here 5-6 times but it's been spot on every time. Amazing pizza in my book! Haven’t tried anything else on the menu, can’t get overt the great pies. Here's how you/they win customers. We had plans one night that were gonna tie us up till 10:30-11pm, so I poked my head in about 5pm, asked what time they closed, 11pm I’m told. Came back at 10:45, the guys remembered me, gave our party a bonus order of knots (to die for) and a plate cookies for the table. Wish I could remember the guys name, I always tease him about being the old guy working with all the kids. Keep it up guys, the best pie in...
Read moreThis pizza place is unbelievably great! I really don't know if words exist in the English language that describe how superlative the pizza is here! We have been eating here for years now during our summer visits to Summit County. As I write this review I can taste the pizza shown in my photos and am anticipating going there for dinner on our first day in Summit County this weekend! We will likely visit 3 or 4 times during our stay and maybe take some home with us in a cooler to eat on the road (cold). I promise that if you go, you will not be disappointed! It is great for a quick lunch or a longer dinner. Great by yourself, small groups or families. The atmosphere is completely casual as are most restaurants in the area and service is generally pretty quick. You might have to wait a few minutes for a table, but one will open up generally pretty quickly. The only thing that slows them down are the meal time rushes that occur. Be patient. It is more than worth the wait! There are also games that are kept there to play while you wait or enjoy your meal. This place also has beer if you enjoy that too. Fountain drinks, ice tea and water are self-refilled at no additional charge as long as you remain in the restaurant. Go. Eat. Enjoy! You'll love...

The pizza? Incredible. Every slice is loaded with flavor, from the crispy, golden crust to the rich, savory sauce and fresh toppings. Whether you go classic with pepperoni or try one of their signature pies, you can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real effort into every order. The cheese is perfectly melted, and the combinations of toppings are balanced and creative.
