This pizza place is unbelievably great! I really don't know if words exist in the English language that describe how superlative the pizza is here! We have been eating here for years now during our summer visits to Summit County. As I write this review I can taste the pizza shown in my photos and am anticipating going there for dinner on our first day in Summit County this weekend! We will likely visit 3 or 4 times during our stay and maybe take some home with us in a cooler to eat on the road (cold). I promise that if you go, you will not be disappointed! It is great for a quick lunch or a longer dinner. Great by yourself, small groups or families. The atmosphere is completely casual as are most restaurants in the area and service is generally pretty quick. You might have to wait a few minutes for a table, but one will open up generally pretty quickly. The only thing that slows them down are the meal time rushes that occur. Be patient. It is more than worth the wait! There are also games that are kept there to play while you wait or enjoy your meal. This place also has beer if you enjoy that too. Fountain drinks, ice tea and water are self-refilled at no additional charge as long as you remain in the restaurant. Go. Eat. Enjoy! You'll love it! You're welcome!

Oh. my. LANTA - run to this place if you're near the Summit County area, y'all! There's a great vibe here, from the knowledgable & helpful staff, the "kitschy" dining area feel & that food - just outstanding! While they were busy, the gentleman taking orders was attentive & helpful - no problems talking to us while grabbing the phone. I'm really particular about my pizza; I want the sauce to be plentiful with a noticeable flavor, plenty of fresh toppings & deep pan/thick crust; Peppino's hit the nail on the head here. Hubby & I split The Works, with no issues having them customize our individual halves for us. Our daughter & her friend had the single pepperoni slice that was truly about the size of a head & the spaghetti with ground Italian sausage - it was all perfect. I only wish now that I lived closer &/or could convince them to franchise in our area - come on, guys - y'all would kill in our market.... just by my family alone ;-p

2-23-25 I'm dropping my five star review down to three stars after eating there tonight for the following reasons. First, they've changed the gluten-free crust to something new, the pizza was or felt significantly smaller. It looked nothing like the picture below when I first gave my five-star review. There was quite a few less amount of toppings and I believe the price had gone up significantly. I think it was about $22 bucks for a gluten-free pizza with no cheese. They seem short on staff, but the staff were extremely polite and hard-working and very helpful and friendly. I just don't see the value to spend so much for a pizza that is lighter and smaller has less toppings, and I have to come home and eat more food because I'm still hungry. Summer 2021-2022 They did a great job of providing a gluten-free pizza with tons of meat on it. It was exactly what I was craving after a long mountain bike ride over at copper mountain

In looking for a new pizza joint in Summit County, we stumbled across a little hole in the wall called Peppino's. One of our best days ever. If you’re tired of the soft, soggy, lifeless crusts that many places serve these days, you’re gonna love the crispy thin, crusts here. We have a place in Dillon so were up here from the springs every couple times a month or more. Now we plan our meals around at least ONE trip to Peppino's. I’m starting to think a 4 hour R/T for pie might not be out of the question?!?! :-) A trip to Dillon, Frisco or Summit Co. is not complete without a pie from these guys. The crew is fun, always in a good mood, they can dish it out as well as take it. Do yourself/friends/family a favor, pull off the interstate and give these guys a try I HIGHLY recommend it! Only been here 5-6 times but it's been spot on every time. Amazing pizza in my book! Haven’t tried anything else on the menu, can’t get overt the great pies. Here's how you/they win customers. We had plans one night that were gonna tie us up till 10:30-11pm, so I poked my head in about 5pm, asked what time they closed, 11pm I’m told. Came back at 10:45, the guys remembered me, gave our party a bonus order of knots (to die for) and a plate cookies for the table. Wish I could remember the guys name, I always tease him about being the old guy working with all the kids. Keep it up guys, the best pie in...

Peppino’s Pizza in Frisco, Colorado, is an absolute gem and a must-visit for any pizza lover. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and staff who genuinely care about your experience. The service is outstanding—friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. Everyone there seems passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of both the food and the customer care.

The pizza? Incredible. Every slice is loaded with flavor, from the crispy, golden crust to the rich, savory sauce and fresh toppings. Whether you go classic with pepperoni or try one of their signature pies, you can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real effort into every order. The cheese is perfectly melted, and the combinations of toppings are balanced and creative.

Beyond pizza, their salads, wings, and sandwiches are just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, making it great for a casual night out or a quick lunch. Whether you're a local or just passing through the mountains, Peppino’s delivers both in taste and hospitality. It's no surprise they’ve earned a loyal following. Highly recommend for anyone craving excellent pizza and...
