We stopped in and ordered a cold brew, everything bagel with plain cream cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie. The demeanor changed when I clicked no tip. Didn’t say thank you, it will be right up, nothing. Who’s to say I wasn’t going to tip cash? I don’t tip anywhere where I am taking it to go, so nothing against this coffee shop. The guy behind me ordered a breakfast sandwich and tipped. To each their own, however I have a problem with the customer service. The two men that ordered behind me both got breakfast sandwiches and got it before my bagel and cream cheese. Which is easier than a breakfast sandwich in my opinion. And believe that it took that long because I didn’t tip. So we waited till ours was ready but it made me not want to come back. The bagel was good, coffee was good (wish they would have stirred it as the syrup was at the bottom of the cup) and smoothie was good.

I really enjoyed my coffee! There was a dj playing outside from the record store next door, and the Argentinian guys working there were super cool. I got an iced coconut milk latte and added some stevia. The baked goods looked incredible, and the tiny little shop is definitely a vibe. Located off of the main street but more towards the back end. Glad we stopped there for coffee!

This was a welcome sight to see the morning after being snowed in for New Year's Eve in Glenwood Springs. We passed many 'Bux and other "coffee" options before stopping at this friendly and welcoming local roaster. The staff was inviting and cheerful. The coffee was delish. The bathroom was clean. Well worth the adverse road condtions that brought us there.

I’m Editing my review after close to 3 months of coming here. So, recently I came like have every week for another bag of beans and a latte. I haven’t purchased beans from anywhere else since I tried their beans but one thing I noticed was that they are always asking for the tip to include the price of the beans as well. I no longer was going to tip 20% on a $16 bag of beans just the coffee. The last time I was in a couple weeks ago I got beans and a latte as usual and my total was $21 and change so I tipped $2 for my coffee. The Spanish girl behind who made my latte did a horrible job filling it about halfway with coffee and halfway with foam and didn’t look happy to be there. I was on lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and have her fix it. Later when checking the bank I noticed that my total was $25 and change. I tried to call several times while they we open and got no answer. Then again later and got a voicemail. As much as I liked this place I no longer trust their employees and have been paying less elsewhere for just as good of beans and lattes. If I would have gotten a receipt I would have called my bank to have them fix it and I’m grateful it was only $2 and some change. Best of wishes to y’all but I will not...

Stopped in on our way back from Vail on Sunday afternoon. Ordered 5 drinks including a small cappuccino and 3 steamers. 2 steamers were for young children, one was for a teenager. For the teenager, the barista asked if she wanted kid-hot or regular - she said regular. All three steamers came out extra-hot (milk was scorched). The cappuccino had almost no foam, the milk also tasted scorched and I couldn't even taste the coffee. My wife and I own a coffee roasting business including a pop-up coffee shop. We enjoy trying coffee from other roasters - I generally don't take the time to post reviews, but there was literally nothing positive about the product we were served. I hope this was an exception rather than a "usual" experience, but based on the fact that three consecutive pitchers of milk were scorched and had no micro-foam it would seem to be more an issue of training than momentary in-attention especially considering we were the only customers...

The two female employees that were there were rude, disrespectful, and overall unpleasant.

The hot chocolate is way too sugary, and they don't know how to make it less sugary. I'd say any serious coffee shop should be able to do a less sugary hot chocolate (For example just add more milk).

I ended up getting a cappuccino, and the employee got the proportions wrong (3/5 were foam); when I told her about it, she replied "Well yeah, it's a cappuccino", implying I was wrong, when I certainly wasn't. The proportions were wrong.

Plus even though I got first to the line and I respectfully waited, they still started to help other customers before me, until I had to intervene and ask them to help me.

Conclusion: If you want to have a successful shop, make sure your employees are up to the challenge of being nice to customers, instead of those classic grumpy employees who can't wait for the time to close...
