I shopped here for years and loved all my purchases. Then, I decided to sell my fine clothing on consignment. I am beyond disappointed!! Some, but not all of my items were tracked or recorded. The owner, Angel, is unable to account for very expensive items that I left for consignment; to the tune of a genuine fur jacket and a sequined, beaded wedding dress; among other items that the owner claims I did not leave on consignment. To add insult to injury, the owner accused me of lying about this! There is a lack of professionalism and obviously a lack of a tracking system. It is my belief that there is a thief lurking around the store; either working there or posing as a customer. Found a cute Everest Fanny pack at this store, and could not believe they had the price at $38! I went up to the register to ask about the price and show them that they retail NEW for $16 on the Everest bag website, and they tried to convince me that since the bag was half off (so $19), that that was a reasonable price. I argued with her that $19 was still more than retail for new, and they were also on sale for $11 on the official website but she said she wouldn’t go lower than retail for a USED bag.

I dropped two bags of nice name brand clothes and shoes here in January 2017. It was a busy day at the store and the sales woman at the front had me write down all my contact information. A month later I called to follow-up, none of my stuff ever made it into the system. They have no record of my stuff. I have called multiple times to see how they will rectify the situation, each time I am told someone will call me back and I hear never hear from them.
