I live on Frisco Main Street, and have frequented the Frisco location since the day it opened. Since the night they opened, it’s been my girlfriend and I’s almost nightly ritual to get a bubble waffle after dinner for dessert, as we live three doors down and my girlfriend’s father was the developer that built the building that they occupy. After being told for the last four nights in a row that they were out of batter for the waffles, we tried our luck again tonight, and the employee told me “we’re always going to be out of batter for the last hour we’re open.” Not only does that not make sense logistically, as a trained chef I know that raw batter can be prepped and stored in a cooler overnight so they have no reason not to prep batter for the next shift . This means that either your employees are either intentionally allowing the batter to run out early so they don’t have to make waffles or bubble waffles or pancakes for the last hour every night, or they’re flat out lying to customers to their face. Either one is both a poor reflection of character and customer service, and it’s a shame that management allows such things. Even more of a shame that my girlfriend and I will no longer be customers in the building that her family business designed and built, unless something changes drastically...

Between us, we had 5 flavors--we each tested two, and then one of us got a different flavor for his scoop while I got one of the ones I sampled. Several spoons in, each of us agreed the ice cream was not that great; it just really lacked much flavor. We both threw out over half our ice cream, which was disappointing and such a waste of money.
The young woman working was nice, but I also noticed she used the same gloves to scoop and serve as well as handle the register. The shop is cute, clean, and they had good...
Read moreWe came in with our family. Everyone got their cones. As soon as our youngest got her cone there giant industrial fan kicked on blowing the scoop off her cone. My wife look over at the guy behind the counter and asked if we could get another scoop. He rudely replied and told us that we had to purchase another scoop. I told them it was caused by their fan and it was a 3 year old little girl. The guy behind the counter just shrugged his shoulders and continued about the business. Do not come here if you think that the customer comes first!! Plus the gelato was...
