Came here with my dog to shop, the owner immediately ran up to me and my dog and was insisting I take him off the leash, when I said no she seemed upset, and then told me to stop pulling on my dog when in reality she was shoving treats in his face without asking making him pull. She then told me I was a bad dog owner for not letting my dog pull me around and for not letting him off the leash. She then insisted that he drink some water which I said no because he just had some to drink. I came here to shop, and I left immediately when I realized that all this lady wanted to do was sit and funnel my dog treats. She is an overbearing obnoxious person who needs to respect people's boundaries and not give out stupid unsolicited advice. Maybe she should overfeed and annoy her...

Lodema and her staff are so knowledgeable about what is in the store, how to help you find just the right items for yourself or others, and you can bring in your own items to sell/get store credit....and all of these perks are in addition to the very affordable prices you will find! My favorite find for myself has been a brand new pair of hot pink Keen water shoes that were 1/5th of the price online and had never been worn. Make this a must-stop whenever you find yourself in adorable Frisco, CO...the treasures are being updated on a daily...

I was very interested in a pair of boots, pretty worn and scratched. I asked a few questions. The dark haired sales person was VERY abrupt and not helpful at all. Tried to look up the boots online to see if they are leather and sale price when new, but no cell signal in the store. Asked sales person for help, she declined. She also declined my question of further markdown due to wear and damage. I have never encountered such a rude salesperson ! The shop next door has very pleasant, helpful people. I will never shop in this...
