An employee who left that Starbucks said:

The disgruntled employees put “something” in the brewed coffee all the time. If you drink Starbucks coffee at any other location, you’ll know. Coffee at this location always tastes metallic, like medicine or like floor cleaning liquid. If you get diarrhea or feel tired when you go home, it’s not that “hot weather” or “that burrito you ate”. It’s this Starbuck’s coffee.

Also, any dark, medium or mild brewed coffee is ordered by manager to be watered down to save money. Another words, a whole lot less coffee beans are used to make coffee. They all taste like you’re drinking straight tap water. They even look very faint light tan, not dark brown ......

I ordered a venti iced americano with an extra shot. Just to make sure the employee gets it right, because in the previous experienced someone gave me just one expresso shot, I had asked her if its 4 shots + 1 extra. This rude female employee told me that the venti iced americano has 3 expresso shots in it and I told her all other starbucks has 4 shots in it, then she started yelling at me and got all upset. I kinda felt threatened by her almost wanted to get a manager to sort this out but I decided not to because I had to go back to work. It was the female worker that worked at 3:30pm 10/12. Horrible attitude from the girl that was there, I think her name was Claudya, she seemed busy but that is not a valid reason to not even look at you when she is talking to you, she seemed bothered to take our order, it was only 2 simple drinks. She spoke as if she didn't want to. Not buying from this location again. I just read the other reviews and yes, I saw something was in my drink that I have never seen at other starbucks, something at the bottom of the cup, it looked like an "ice cream" texture.
