Starbucks — Restaurant in Frisco

I am from out of state and unfortunately my daughter was in a wreck and we had to go aurora to the hospital anyways we had to drive back and we had to stop and fill our daughters prescription before we got to our hotel in another city because we didn’t think a pharmacy would be open after 8pm and that was arrival time. So we stop here at the Safeway. And the pharmacy was so quick it was great. I decided I wanted to grab Starbucks because I was tired lots of things going no sleep. I stood there waiting while the girl continued to clean for about 5 minutes. And I tried to ask if they were open well she didn’t answer. But another Safeway employee did and said I think they closed at 7pm. It was currently 7:02p I had been standing prior to closing time. But because your employee was too busy not looking up or paying attention with her headphones to notice. The worst kind of customer service to be ignored. First if your closed have a sign to put out not everyone knows your hours. Second I don’t think your employees should have headphones so they can ignore customers that’s just rude. Very...

I asked for a gingerbread special with Almond Milk and the short chubby black hair guy poured Regular Milk from the big gallon of milk, so politely I said : "Oh no, I ordered with Almond milk" . He got mad! And said very sarcastically, "ok. I'll remake another one just for you, but so you know the ginger comes with Oatmilk, not Almond ". And I responded. "Your cashier is telling everyone you guys are out of oatmilk, and we get the options or regular or Almond, I hate oatmeal anyways and can't drink cow milk, so I ordered Almond." How hard is it to get a cafe latte, right?! I got into the Safeway Starbucks for a cafe latte, and it was horrible horrible. It was just plain milk. After I told the barista there is no espresso, she was so rude to say then what should I do about it, this is how we make lattes. I requested her if she can change my drink and she replaced me with the same drink again and says we don't have anymore coffee. So overall no good drinks neither service. Wasted my $5...
