I had the absolutely best experience tonight, phenomenal service provided by Alex, Paige and Bex. They are an amazing team, from excellent recommendations on the menu items given by Alex, to the pristine craftsmanship of warm food art created by Paige and the super kind presence from Bex during the cold sub creation and checkout, it was perfect. The place was clean and well maintained and it couldn't have been better. I'm likely to recommend Jersey Mikes to all my friends, colleagues and clients. Thanks for providing me such joy through sandwich shopping. We even felt comfortable enough to sit and eat, during a rush period because the team was so easygoing and pushing through it like a well oiled machine. Order written down wrong. When read back to me she had to rewrite the ticket. This time it was repeated to me correctly however when I got home the giant kahauna chicken that we ordered for friends was a regular. I called the manager and was told that it's ok because I was only charged for a regular. What an inconvenience and an embarrassment that I only caught the first mistake they made. And if you're the manager I talked to that said sorry all we can do is refund you if you were charged more. I had not asked for anything. Boyfriend ordered food for us both but he is allergic to eggs. Got home we live about 15min away and realized there was mayo all over his sandwich. Called them and told them he was allergic they said “well you can bring the sandwich back and we can make you a new one but you have to bring the whole sandwich back” like “okay no problem” boyfriend drives 15min back, he got there and they didn’t even start making the sandwich so he had to wait for it AGAIN!
