Arrived at about 9:00 am on 6-24-2020 at this mobile eatery. Ordered two bacon and egg tacos to go. They had plenty of egg and bacon on them. The taste was good. Their tiny salsa that came with their tacos has “Cumin” in it! Normally I don’t eat cumin this early in the morning but I do like it. I put some on my taco and the Cumin taste was not overpowering. The bacon was tough but the overall taste was comparable to a sit down restaurant. The price was acceptable and this place is always booming with customers. I shall return! The Charro Beans were great too, you could taste the salt pork, with just enough spice to where the flavor of the beans came through. AND, the guys who work there are so nice! They remember people's names, smile and greet you warmly, even though they are busy, and working hard in that hot truck. Wish I could eat...
