Do not get me wrong the subs are great. They taste amazing! However here are a couple of issues that need to be fixed. First of all great service is a big deal to me. Now al thought the staff is friendly it is sad that you can not get what you ask for when you are standing right in the restaurant to get it. I ordered a sandwich the first day and got the wrong one with something that I was allergic to on it. Had to go all the way across town to get another one. I chalked it up to a simple mistake and moved on. Then after my first bite of the sandwich I was hooked and ordered another one to be picked up the next day. Well showed up the next day and the order wasn’t even ready. Again tried not to get upset about it and chalked it up to a simple mistake. Got another sandwich a few days later. Asked for it to be cut a certain way (in fours) and it was not. Irritating yes but again I was like maybe they missed it. My husband ordered a sandwich and because we are lactose intolerant we ask that they put Swiss or provolone on our sandwiches so we don’t have an issue. Either missed it or didn’t write it but he ended up with the American which of course made him sick. We decided then on that we would only order in the store cause they can’t seem to get it right if we order any other way. Well the next few times I asked for it to be cut a certain way, or whatever special and they absolutely never do it. Today after dealing with some health issues the last thing I want is to open my sandwich and see they yet again neglected to do it the way I want and for the price of the sandwich is the least the staff could do! I am giving 3 stars on taste alone cause the food is great but for the staff to not pay attention to customer requests it got really old really fast and quite frankly I can take my butt to other places and get just want I want for a fraction of the price. Read moreIt’s revu-a-holic time. So let’s get started. I haven’t ever really been a big sub sandwich 🥖 fan. Though, I got to give Jersey Mike’s 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. The subs are so delicious especially the Original Italian. I been visiting the restaurant for the past year and half. I have not been disappointed yet. I place all my orders through the app and go pick it up. It’s much easier this way. Instead, waiting in line to place orders. My orders are ready for pick up by the time I arrive.
Also, the company rewards program is awesome. You can use points and still earn points. Everyone knows I am a savvy couponeer and saveneer. Yes, I know these are not real words. Though, they mean something to me 😉. Below are pros, cons, vids.

Read moreFrom the time we walked through the door, all you could see and hear was literally 4 to 5 employees behind the counter not communicating with the customers at all, but rather with each other in loudly tones voices. They were cussing and making fun of each other, degrading each other, you name it and they were proudly doing it in front of around 4 customers counting us minus the two that were leaving shaking their heads out the door. Once we got to the front of the line and ordered the girls were extremely rude, got us all the way to the checkout point and sold us combo meals not mentioning that they had no ice whatsoever in the machine. We didn't even let her know that because within a second she was now in the back of the store laughing and carrying on with the other employees about how funny it was at what she had done. I will never do business with this place again, I have a huge influence on many people that will also never do business here again. This place is extremely rude and unprofessional and unfortunately this event has lost a lot of business.
