2nd time here. 1st time all around great experience. This time a lot to be desired. Waiter was all over the place. When he finally came to table apologizing because he was soooo busy but we could see him clowning around, a lot, and hanging out behind the bar chatting it up with a customer. It was not busy. Took our order not writing it down. After he left waited a long time to get salads and finally had to ask for it. Then got order ,had asked for fried yucca and got the steamed. Said would be right back with fried. I ordered picadillo but got lechón instead, but since he disappeared again went ahead and ate the meal. Let him know when he came back for refills and that we still hadn't gotten the yucca and that order was wrong. No apologies just said, I will get it. Yucca finally came out after mentioning it a 3rd time, after meal was finished. Just glad I had been here before because that would have done it for me. Especially when bragging and bringing new people. Thought it was kind of funny when after all that, at time of paying bill he had the nerve to say that it was just a suggestion about the tip amount on the screen or could leave cash, tacky especially after subpar service! Hope service improves. ( 2 of us have had experience working in fine dining so speaking from experience) Also music inside is nice but very loud , hard to have a conversation without yelling. Will be back to try again because the food really...

Staff was friendly and attentive. We went there for dinner on a Saturday and the place was a bit empty (not a great sign) but it was better for us because we didn't wait much for food. I was excited to try this restaurant because I like Cuban food, especially yuca con mojo. I ordered the rice and chicken and it was meh. There was plenty of food but the dish was very bland, not lack-of-salt bland but of flavor. Yuca con mojo was also meh, a bit dry in the middle and the sweet plantains could've been a little more ripened, as they were a bit dry too. The whole dish was meh. I ate everything and didn't say anything because I don't want to be one of those people that are entitled 😣. I think I had high expectations for the money paid. We also ordered the street tacos and those were good, with plenty of chicken. The coconut flan was also good. I've never had it before and it was dense but in a good way. A bit sweet for my taste but that's expected for flan. We were staying within walking distance, so I can't comment on parking but there were a few spots on the street in front of the restaurant. I'd give this place another chance, as they apparently just opened, so hopefully the rice and chicken...

This was my first time here. The overall look of the place is fantastic! Light with a big glass front. Tropical wallpaper with great pictures on the wall. The staff was very friendly. The waiter was very attentive and personable, really engaging. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. Now for the food... the fried plantains and green creamy cilantro sauce (!!) were so good and fresh. The cuban sandwich was HUGE, two people could split that sandwich. My chicken dish was good. Made me think of homemade fried chicken. The only draw back was the seasoning. The food was good but lacked a burst of flavor. I will say the clear green sauce that came with the meals (I don't remember what it's called) but it was made with tomatillos and lime (I think?) was so good. It really had a strong lime/citrus bite to it. I would recommend checking this place out. Be adventurous...the menu has a lot to...

We were greeted by Melvyn, very friendly and he was our server as well. It was our first time to Habanos. I had read that the ceviche was very good and I mentioned that, to which he said it is excellent, but he likes and recommends the shrimp cocktail. We went with the shrimp cocktail suggestion and it was delicious. There were 6 shrimp on the rim of the serving dish along with a slice of fresh pineapple cut to look like a starfish. Inside the dish was a lot of cut up shrimp in a sauce with pineapple chunks and avocado, honestly it could have been my meal. It was served with plantain chips. For our entree, Linda had the Lechon Asado, pulled pork, which had great flavor and moist . I had Pollo asado. The chicken was roasted, and juicy. The mojo sauce was delicious. We can’t wait to get back to try something new.

Man, this place would be awesome..... if it had even decent food. They tried to call bland fish sticks, bacalaitos. The Cuban sandwich was bland and in a puddle of grease. The rice tasted and felt like it was 3 weeks old and hard as hell. We also ordered the tostones cups with meat and cheese. I wish I was just kidding when I tell you that the cups and the meat were hot but they literally grabbed a couple of handfuls of preshredded cheese out of a bag and dumped it on top. It was still really cold when they served them. I have no idea how this place stays open. Maybe a bad day? No, THE WORST day ever maybe. The server was pretty cool, attentive and just a decent person. He should find another job though.
