Starbucks — Restaurant in Gardena

I’ve had a handful of bad experiences with the staff here even though I’ve been polite and tipped I understand the state of the world right now... They’re always huffing and puffing and looked annoyed no matter what day of the week or time of day. It’s usually about mobile orders or how I should order the drink instead. (To make it easier for them to make I guess) even though the only add ons I get are sweet cream foam. They all seem to hate their life they always have to make comments about pick up times or how the orders are made which I’ve never had any issues at any other location. I’d drive down the road a couple of minutes to the location on rosecrans instead at least you’d be treated with politeness and smiles. The ambience is off putting. I completely understand that the workers are people too, and not everyone is going to have good days. And specifically today they were understaffed so the lobby was not open. And i had brough two reusable cups and had decided to go through the drive through, and still asked at the window if I can get the a discount for both drinks for the two cups i brought after the price I was told. But the staff who had attended me had definitely misunderstood what I was asking for and had asked for my two cups. I had given them to him even though I wouldn’t have expected them to put the drinks in the cups when using the drive through. This is one of the worse starbucks I've ever been to. They attend all their drive thru customers first. I ordered at 6:36 p.m. , I received 5 drinks at 6:58, and I still had to wait for one more. She asked what were we waiting for, it was not the question, it was her way of asking that really bothered me so. She was doing everything in such a rush, when she was done with it, she would slam the cup so hard, the drink splattered up everywhere!! Let me tell you!! The counters were THE WORST COUNTERS I HAVE EVER SEEN !! Alcoholic bars are cleaner!! That woman making drinks was so dirty and messy, on making our drinks. Horrible attitude as well.
