I was super excited to try to place due to the reviews. Upon entry it has a cute and cozy feel but it’s definitely very small inside. It was clean. They are definitely not ready for the crowds because there was a very long line just to order. Then from there it got worse because the lady that was taking the orders Could not speak English very well and it was taking a ridiculous amount of time to be able to place the most simple orders. Then I do not like places to have a policy that states that if you order something, you can’t make a change and it has some other really restrictive policies, which is typical of a very small Business. But to me if people order something and they don’t like it, they should be able to exchange it or return it. After we finally ordered it took a long time just to get the food as well and it came out in waves instead of all together. The biscoff hot latte was very good, but they made mine the wrong size. It had taken so long to get it that I didn’t even go back up there to complain . The omelette was OK …. nothing special and very small. They serve it with a pitiful little salad that they could have just kept. The peach smoothie was very good. My son absolutely loved the Oreo Frappuccino. The bacon and cheese toast sandwich was good. We also liked the avocado toast. Again, because of the very small space people were bumping us as we were sitting at the table and it just made for an uncomfortable environment. A total gem in Gatlinburg. I’m so happy they are here, outstanding experience! I will continue to come to this little coffee shop every time I visit the area. We went out of our norm (Crocketts) and i’m so glad we did. It was a breath of fresh air. For drinks we had the Appalachian Oat Mocha and Almond Berry Bliss Mocha. Along with the bacon egg croissant, bacon egg benedict, and bliss french toast. We also got the cinnamon crunch muffin to go for the road. Owner was sweet that took our order. Drinks were made prompt. I enjoyed the diversity in flavors and accommodations. Food was light but every bite was flavorful and left my palate craving more. Muffin was the best i’ve ever had and super moist. I was impressed this little shop could produce such tasteful beautiful looking dishes. I was also appreciative for the high chair for our 8 month old. We always go to breakfast later- it wasn’t busy at 11 am on a week day. I can see if you were to come in during the rush/peak it might be tight especially with a baby.
