License to Chill Bar — Restaurant in Gatlinburg

We have stayed here at the resort a dozen times and often hang out there on Friday and Saturday evenings instead of going out. The music is awesome, food is fantastic and I cannot say any thing but “Awesome” about the folks that work there. Jess, Sam, James, Ilker and a the new comer Jimmie are the reasons we keep coming back time and time again. People make the stay and without them it doesn’t have the same feel! This bar and attached kitchen serve the indoor and outdoor resort areas (including all pool decks). They whip up awesome frozen concoctions efficiently and with a smile. The wait staff is stretched a bit thin at times, but they ultimately take care of you. The bartenders pitch in to wait tables at busy times too.The food is typically excellent for a Buffett resort, and we recommend the fish tacos, burgers, quesadilla and pizza after lunching here four days. Quantities are huge as well, and my wife and I sometimes split meals. I have all good and no bad to say about the LTC...

The License to Chill Bar, inside the Margaritaville resort, is a full cocktail bar that also serves some food. The bar is fun with several large screen TVs to watch sporting events.
