Absolutely horrible service. The place was virtually empty with only half a dozen tables occupied. When we arrived hostess was very standoffish and very un-welcoming. We were seated and it took almost fifteen minutes for the waitress to come by to take our drink order. I ordered a double Woodfords Reserve on the rocks. There was a language barrier so she had difficulty taking the order. When it appeared there was an understanding she said she would check with the bartender. She checked out id's and left. She was gone for almost 10 minutes before coming back telling us that the bartender said they didn't have any bourbons. (I was literally looking at the bar and could see that they had multiple selections). I told her I would go to the bar and take a look. Once the bartender acknowledged me I told him I was seated at a table and that I had ordered a Woodford bourbon from the waitress but was told they didn't have it. I let him know that there was a bottle on his bar and asked for a double. When he asked for my ID I let him know the waitress had already checked it and asked if he could just send it over with the waitress. When I returned to my table I told the waitress that they did have what I had requested and asked if she could bring it over. By this time, roughly 30 minutes had passed since we originally placed our drink orders (a half hour after being seated) When she finally returned with my companions drink (a high noon seltzer) she tried to sit a draft beer in front of me and then asked for my ID again. I told her she had already checked my ID and that I didn't order a draft beer. At this point I was frustrated to the point that I didn't want to wait for our order to come out and we decided to leave. I informed of this and there was what I could only describe as a complete lack of indifference. I left $20 dollars on the table to pay for my companions drink and went to leave. As we were walking out I asked to speak to the manager. I tried to tell the manager what had taken place and again received what I can only describe as a complete lack of indifference. Read moreSo I’m sure this may not happen regularly but people paying for delivery should know the truth about this establishment. Came into town for special event lasted all day. Wanted simple quick easy for dinner- pizza delivery- found the place had good ratings. Simple large pepperoni pizza for kids- website has you enter in delivery address. We stayed at Hilton vacation club bent creek. Website stated delivery within 30-70 mins. Cool ordered at 9:24. Called at 10:25 and again at 10:35 to see if driver lost running behind. Left two voicemails. I go pick up snacks and noodles from closest gas station for kiddos to eat, drive to restaurant to just cancel order. Delivery driver calls right when pulling in at 11:05pm saying they were really behind and he couldn’t find the place. Went inside explained reqest to just cancel order and front staff ladies didn’t even so much as apologize just went to get supervisor and explained when he came to front “well, he was only 20mins late”. To her that may be standard but when your kids ask for a meal that you pay for you expect it to be delivered by the eta stated online which is was not. The manager then came to the front and said our delivery time would never say 30-60 mins only 90 plus on a weekend which I have a screenshot that says otherwise, they knew it too, how else would the lady have known” 20 mins late”!!? Then the Manager says we don’t normally deliver to your area. I stated it’s a 15 min drive straight with no turns???? If your website said no delivery to this address, no problem I would have picked up. If you were running behind and you called back from my messages, no problem but this was bad business. He said well you’re here and my driver is trying to find you so how much since does that make??? Overall excuses excuses excuses. I said I can go without food anytime, but my kids shouldn’t have to and you offering to remake food almost two hours later, unacceptable. No compassion, no empathy, no making it right when anyone in customer service knows the customer is always right. Unbelievable. 8.99 delivery fee 20.00 pizza- total 31.08 for nothing but bad service and inconvenience. The only honest one was the driver. Save yourself...
Read moreOrdered pizza for family of 4 all hungry. Saw 5 star reviews, first on my phone didn't show pizza. Had to use my SO phone to see pizza on-line order. We ordered delivery and got a text and email showinf pizza estimated delivery at 10:15, ok- our fault. Everyone is busy and understaffed right now, 10:30 rolls around we start to try and call, keeps saying that number can't take calls. Again, 2 hungry kids and 2 hungry adults.... Finally at 10:43 I get through and am told our order is sitting under the warmer for pick up. I am told "it's hot and fresh under the warmer" i say thank you and hang up while looking AT THE EMAILS that says delivery by 10:15. We are now eating peanut butter sandwiches....thanks guys- just saved us $60 but left us with hungry people at 11pm. DONT ORDER DELIVERY OR ONLINE. GOOD LUCK GETTING THROUGH ON PHONE. Edited to ad because of the response: I have been in F&B for 10+ years AND deal with tourists as well as my SO. We UNDERSTAND busy but not terrible customer service and sub par inconsistent food (from what we experienced). To be told when I called that we ordered pick up and it was "hot and fresh under the lamp" for almost an HOUR. When in fact it WAS labeled delivery and most def was NOT hot and fresh from a lamp. At this point all issues could have been avoided had the person i spoke to admitted the mistake or inconvenience and asked if we still wanted it or SOMETHING. No, I'm told I AM WRONG about delivery/pick up and here is the kicker.... 15 minutes after my review the pizza shows up, its cold, almost no sauce when EXTRA sauce was requested and we paid $60 for this after we STILL TIPPED. Only because we are both F&B and can't just ditch the delivery guy at almost midnight on a busy evening and it wasn't his fault. The plan was to bring the meal back yesterday and demand our money back but hey... Vacation and 2 kids. So enjoy the $60 you got from us for calling a customer a liar, not communicating and admitting mistakes, and cold terrible pizza at almost midnight on a monday while we are on vacation 👍 This most DEFINITELY warrants a 1 star review.
