Cleaning services were not provided the 4 days we were present. We were required to call the office to ask for wash clothes, towels, & trash bags. Most days they were out of wash clothes intially. No towels were at the pool. We had to ask for them. Wash cloths brought to our room one day smelled very musky as if they had been contained in a dirty storage room. We had to take our own trash to the trash can outside on the walkway. The room adjacent to us was occupied, cleaned, & then ready for the next guest 3 times, yet staff never checked on us for cleaning service. There are no balconies at this property. Your door leads to the outside walkway where everyone on your floor passes by. Chairs outside the door were not safe & missing parts. Remodling material & bed frames were in the space where we were supposedly going to be able to enjoy the outdoor area/ balcony as it was listed on this site. There were staples on the carpet that was along side the wall. Very unsafe for our toddler son. The carpet was dirty it turned your feet black. There was a large gap under the front door in which we had to place a towel underneath in order to insure no insects/rodents could join us. There was also a gap under the door leading to adjoining room. The adjoining room was occupied by 3 different people, yet we called ahead to let the staff know we were traveling with family. They ensured us that they could accommodate having a room near our family. When we arrived at check-in, the staff acted as if they knew nothing about our request. The staff was helpful that evening in getting a room on the same floor. Mattress covers on the bed were stained, not sure if they have ever been changed. Would have felt better about the hotel's hygiene protocol if there were at least no stains. On the night before leaving, we experienced guests who were playing extremely loud music in the walkway outside from 11pm until 2 am. I called the front desk. The staff said that she was receiving multiple complaints & she would ask them to turn the music down. The guest moved from outside to inside. The loud music continued until after 7am. I called again & the staff said the guest would be charged a nousicense fee. We were informed that the manager would reach out to address our issue. We have not heard from any manager. We drove home extremely tired from getting no sleep. In addition, one of our rooms was stripped when we returned from breakfast on the last day. Our keys were not turned in yet. Would not recommend this property, this experience taught us that it is worth paying more for quality.

⚠️ Summary: ROACHES ❌ Room smelled like poop — my kid literally walked around trying to find it 💩 ❌ AC didn’t work — room stayed at 76–78° all night ❌ Woke up to COCKROACHES ❌ Hotel only offered a partial refund ❌ I had to call the booking app per hotel even though I paid at check-in ❌No apology or contact from management ❌ We drove 11 hours to get there — left feeling gross and disappointed ✅ What could’ve been nice: Polite front desk staff Great location Large suite with full kitchen We were supposed to stay from July 14–17, but ended up checking out early on the 15th. When we first walked into the room, it smelled like poop — not just musty or stale, but like someone had gone to the bathroom and never cleaned up. My kids even searched the room looking for where it came from. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work. It was set low but never got below 76–78°, which was no fun. We tried to tough it out. But the next morning, we woke up to COCKROACHES on the walls. That was our breaking point. We packed up and left. The front desk person was nice, but the hotel only offered to refund 2 of our 3 nights. They told me to call the booking app myself — which was wild since I didn’t even pay through the app. Thankfully, the app called the hotel on my behalf and got the full refund approved about a week later. But I never got a call or email from hotel management. No apology. Nothing. I had to pull money out of pocket to book at a second hotel while I had no refund from the first. Thankfully I could afford to do so but I know not everyone could. I wish I could recommend this place because the layout and location were great. But bugs, a bad smell, and a hot room with no accountability ruined it. I’m only making this funny so I don’t cry. Would not stay again. 🪳

Not worth it! Do not stay. Listen to previous poor reviews. We started off being very graceful with our room and experience. The jacuzzi tub in the couples suite had NO water pressure and literally took over an hour to fill. We ended up only using it once in 4 days because it just wasn't worth it which was extremely disappointing since that's the main reason we booked that room. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. It was also right next to our bed so you can hear and smell everything going on in there.

We had no shower curtain or bath mat to begin with. Of course when we called them they brought it to us no problem (we had to put it up ourselves) but that's just an annoying thing to be missing.

On top of that, the shower barely worked. You had to really mess with it to get it on. Also very annoying. Getting clean and relaxing should be easy and no problem after a long hot day of getting all sweaty from Gatlinburg adventures! I'd say the room was decently clean for a hotel but the chipping walls were pretty off putting. You could just tell whoever runs the hotels doesn't care about things like that. Very cheaply done. The only nice thing was the big Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. The female staff is very friendly and helpful. The one man that was there had a bad attitude and always seemed like he was bothered if you needed help. The walls are extremely thin which I believe we can all expect but on our last day the room next to us woke us up early with their screaming, fighting, and crying. Thankfully it was our last day but that would have been unbearable had it started any day before our last.

The breakfast was severely lacking. I don't expect much from a hotel included breakfast but it wasn't even worth it. I've had far better at cheaper places. I saw this same complaint in many other reviews but thought they were being too picky. I should have listened.

The pool was soooo small it wasn't even worth using. It was crowded with only 1 or 2 families using it at a time! The pictures are very misleading.

The location is great but parking lot was small and poory designed. A little stressful if you are an anxious person, but bearable for the time being.

This hotel is not worth the price. Everything except most of the staff ended up being extremely disappointing and misleading. This was a waste of money and we will not be back nor do we recommend anyone...

We have stayed at this hotel for several years and have always had great experiences until this time. Rooms were dirty and had not been cleaned. Once we brought it to the managers attention, he said that he would send someone, however they never made it to my room. We had dried toothpaste spit in the sink, dried pee on the toilet ring and the floors had not been vacuumed. We also found expired food in the dresser drawer. In another room that we had in our party, the TV remote did not work and the TV only had 1 channel. This issue was also brought to their attention but was not fixed for several days and they blamed it on Spectrum. On another day after asking for complete room service, I had to walk to the office at 11:30 PM to get toilet paper because we ran out. While I was in the office, I asked for a couple of towels and rags but was informed that they did not have any because nobody from laundry had shown up that day. The next day I went to the office to speak with the manager, Rajn. As I began to explain my displeasure with their services and what all was going on, he immediately went on the defense and all but did say I was lying. As the conversation continued he threaded to call the police on me because he said I was crossing the line by saying that they were terrible. This hotel is under new management and the service is now terrible and we will never stay there again. Once we got home, I checked my credit card to see if there were credits posted to my account that Rajn had agreed to give for the issues. There were some credits applied but I found where he had charged and extra $125.82 to my account on the day that we were leaving. When I called to speak with him about this issue, he stated that he would take care it right then while we were on the phone. The amount was never posted back to my account and I had to dispute it through my credit...
