I rented a UTV from Gatlinburg Adventure Rentals for a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the start, the staff was extremely friendly, patient, and ready to answer all our questions — a huge plus, especially if it’s your first time using a vehicle like this.

Lorenzo is the best! We were new to e bikes and had tons of questions. he took his time, explained everything to us to ensure our comfort and was accessible and available every step of the way for any need! A wonderful business and great experience. E biking was the perfect day activity to get out an enjoy the scenery and nature with the ease and fun of zipping around of the bikes! I added on to this as I saw some reviews talking about the fact they didn’t like the ride through town to get out to the trail, on this end if you don’t want to ride through town or traffic Lorenzo and his team can meet you at the start of a trail with the bikes so it’s a win win. We as a family choose to ride through town with our packs so we could sight see, shop, snack etc that was part of the experience. Easy process for rental. UTV in excellent working order, easy to use even for beginners, and easy to follow map and trail. Gentleman in the shop were very knowledgeable about the area, traffic patterns, wildlife, and length of time to expect each trail to take. My husband and I did Roaring fork motor trail with a 2 hour rental and had plenty of time to stop and sight see, take pictures, and cruise along enjoying the wildlife. It was beautiful. There was a slight rain drizzle in early September and it actually kept us fairly cool and we were minimally wet. We took a cooler for water/Gatorades and small snacks and the UTV had a cigarette lighter plug in we were able to take our phone charger, connect to Bluetooth music, and utilize our GPS.
