Our server was Mofoluwake at the Mall of Georgia. I couldn't write the review on there cause it says "permanently closed"... but it's not.... Mofoluwake added $20 to her tip when she gave us terrible service. I am a server myself and give tons of grace. I have worked in restaurants severely understaffed, one cook on the line, and people walking out during shifts. The wait time on the food was fine, honestly, I get waiting 30-45 mins on some wings. When we sat down our server did look busy, she was still able to greet us. It took about 10 minutes after that to get some drinks. I also saw some tables getting up to go to the server station to refill their own drinks. The server was no where to be found so maybe in the kitchen making sure our food was ready to go. We got our food an hour and a half later (as well as our beers 20 mins later) and I could tell they had been sitting there. So if they were done why didn't you just bring it out? On top of that we had ordered an appetizer that still hadn't come out and when I asked the server nicely (interrupting her conversation with her coworkers) that it was fine we could just take it off the bill she said "oh it's been ready I just have to grab it" ........... my sister still wanted this appetizer she also works as a server and said it was fine and still ate it. When the server brought it out , you could tell it HAD been done and was sitting there. After our food was brought out, I never saw the server again. Not even for her other tables in her section. No one got any refills, people were waiting for boxes or the check... Honestly I think part of the problem was the host just constantly seating the servers overwhelming them, instead they should've gone on a wait. Again, I am really accommodating, I have worked in customer service as well as food service for yearsssssssss and I know how people can be...
I personally never look at reviews on google because again, I know how people can be. But looking after the fact, I regret going there.
THE MAIN ISSUE I HAVE IS after we had paid and left. Our service was extremely bad. I always get tipped off my service, so I tipped off of her service. Come to find out a couple days later, OUR SERVER ADDED $21 MORE DOLLARS TO HER TIP. My sister called the restaurant to hopefully get it figured out but looking at the reviews, this place is notorious for not...
Read moreWe made an order for 100 wings, 50 boneless and 50 traditional wings. We also ordered some fries on the side. When we placed the order, we requested half dry rub lemon pepper and half mild sauce, and that is what our receipt for the order says.
When the food was delivered, we noticed the ticket says medium sauce. Half of our office tried and could not eat the wings because they are so spicy. I tried calling Buffalo Wild Wings GO to let them know so hopefully they could make it right. A man answered and didn't give his name. I told him what happened and he put me on hold. He came back and said "you ordered medium, not mild. My ticket says they were supposed to be medium wings." I said "no its not, I have the order here where we ordered mild wings and with extra mild sauce on the side. Why would we order medium wings with more mild sauce on the side. We wouldn't do that." He said again "no you didn't, you ordered medium and that's why we made it medium."
He was very unhelpful and I could tell he was going to keep going in circles. Now half of our dental office doesn't get to enjoy Friday lunch because this restaurant messed up our order. We order from a local restaurant every week and we will never be ordering from here again. Do not waste...
Read moreI know this location already has a string of one-star reviews, but after my visit, I get why. When I stopped by, the experience was just plain bad. The two employees in the back were rude and unprofessional from the jump. I ordered fried pickles, and they came out undercooked—not once, but twice. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do anything because the GM wasn’t there. Seriously? No one else can issue a refund?
While waiting, I overheard the same two employees arguing with another guest and then making fun of him once he walked away. I was sitting near their employee entrance, so I could clearly hear everything. In a span of 10 minutes, I watched multiple guests have problems with their food or service. Clearly, this isn’t just a bad day—it seems like a pattern.
The only person who showed any sense of customer service was the kid at the register. He apologized, checked in on us, and gave a respectful farewell when we left. That’s about the only thing this visit had going for it.
Whoever’s managing this location really needs to step in and retrain the team. The service culture here is a mess, and if the GM is the only one empowered to fix problems, that’s a...
