I purchased a to go order to take home to my son who has been very sick with a bad liver on Friday 10/24/25. Was shocked when I came home to see the food I ordered was totally overcooked. Contacted Chris the manager that night who was very rude about it. Chris stated he would check with the bartender to see if he had looked at the food. Then Chris stated he would refund my credit card. I even went out of my way to go to the restaurant and show Chris the food I ordered on Tuesday 10/28/25. He stated once again he refunded me. But when I was leaving Chris and his co workers were laughing at me. A week later I went to watch the Georgia game 11/1/25. I had contacted my credit card that day who stated I was never refunded for the to go order for my son. Chris was not at the restaurant Saturday 11/1/25 when I went to watch the Georgia game. I showed the bartender John the picture of my food and asked to speak to the Manager who was working that day. The manager checked to see if I was refunded. She stated to me actually there is no way he could had refunded me for the food without the credit card. So Chris had just been dishonest with me both times I had spoken to him about the to go order for my sick son. Its like a circus when you come to this Chilis. All the employees gather near the kitchen entrance and just laugh and talk out loud. Ive been to many Chilis and I've never seen any other Chilis allow this in there restaurants. Also the bartender John was never behind the bar much on Saturday. I had to ask for everything from his co worker. The drink I had was awful. It was a watered down drink. It was nothing like the drink I had from the prior bartender Mike the day I received burned food on my to go order. The food was not good like the other Chilis I go to. They had to remake the food on 11/1/25 because it was made wrong. Ive eaten this item many times. This time they purposely put hot peppers in my food which caused my stomach to go into convulsions from my ulcers. The food set up didn't even look the same as prior orders from this Chilis. Ive never had hot peppers in the food I ordered before. Apparently they dont like when you complain even though I was very nice and honest about it. So its very disturbing they would treat a customer like that. Ive been to this Chilis often lately to watch the football games. The problem is When you have ten people socializing that work together out in the open while trying to watch the game its just crazy. Even after all of this the Manager working 11/1/25 tried to make me pay for the bad food I received the week before. She stated she forgot. My young son has liver disease. I have cancer. Im just trying to live life in a normal way before I die. I even told them about this. Chris even talked to me about his Mom. But its very obvious all they cared about was being dishonest and savatoging the food and the drink I had and the atmosphere overall was awful. I finally paid and walked out before the game ended after the hot peppers they put in my food caused severe burning to my ulcer. I ended up in the emergency room that night. Im contacting corporate office Monday and sending a written detail and proof of everything I've stated with pictures. The world is the way it is today because people just dont care how they treat others. Ive never experienced anything like this at another Chilis. This use to be my favorite Chili's to go to and watch the games. They also need to send the health department to visit...
Read moreDO NOT GO! RUN!!! LLLOOONNNGGGG WAIT TO GET FOOD, AND DRINK GLASSES WILL REMAIN EMPTY FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.
Was seated almost immediately, and waiter came by to take drink orders very prompt. From that point forward it was nothing but downhill! We ordered the chips/guac as an appetizer and it took probably 20 minutes for that to be delivered to our table. After about 5 minutes the chips were completely gone and we still had half full bowls of salsa/guac. Then came the endless scanning the restaurant hoping our server would make an appearance, and we were hoping that the empty chip basket and EMPTY drink glasses sitting on the edge of the booth in plain sight would lure someone our way. Finally after about 10 minutes of scanning our server appeared and asked if we wanted more chips (we did). He then went to the kitchen, brought out more chips and maybe 2 minutes later out came our food. The other 2 entrees ordered came out fine, but I ordered the 6oz sirloin, cooked medium rare. When the steak was delivered it was on the verge of burnt, def not medium rare. So I frustrated sat waiting and hoping our server (or again ANYONE) would appear and provide some level of service. After again empty drink glasses, angry looks on our faces, our waiter appeared to check on things, and I told him the steak was way over cooked. He acted shocked, and said okay, let me get them to cook you another one. And back to the waiting game... After about 15 minutes, another employee stopped by our table. He never introduced himself, never told us who he was. He just said, I "just heard" (15 minutes later) that there was an issue with your order. And I explained the steak situation to him. And the response I got was, "Okay." Five more minutes and the re-cook comes out, granted this steak should have been medium rare, how long is the cook time? Roughly 2 minutes? And it was cooked to PERFECTION! We thought this would be the end of our woes and sorrows of our visit at this Chile's, however when I went to pay the bill, I was going to pay on the Ziosk (as I always do) so I can get my Chile's rewards points. The bill seemed higher than it should be, and upon further exam they had charged me for the "re-cook" of the steak. So BACK to the waiting game, yet again. 10 more minutes and our waiter appears, I point out the mistake to him, and he says he will handle it. I very impatiently keep checking the receipt on the Ziosk and after 2 - 3 minutes the second steak was removed and I paid for my meal and walked out. My MAJOR problems with this visit was after ALL the lack of service we received, drink glasses remaining empty for extended periods of time, entree having to be re-cooked due to kitchen error, and NO APOLOGY from any employee of the restaurant. I only I would have realized that the Ziosk printout receipt does not have the store # and customer service survey print-out on it like an actual receipt does as I am sure that these reviews are not monitored by Chile's or management in any fashion, however hopefully this will ward off any other leery consumer so they do not suffer the same...
Read moreThis was my first time going to this particular Chili's and I had the worst experience. I actually experienced the rudist servers and not only rude but clearly racist. Myself, my sister and my friend were seated at a table next to the window on a beautiful 92 degree weather day, however the blinds were closed on that entire side which made it very dark and cold. One of the servers immediately came and opened the blinds on that side without anyone asking, which was great because it brought light in and warm because it was cold because I had a dress on and the air was on in the restaurant and I hadn't brought a jacket. So we thanked her for opening the blinds. The other server came and took our order. We waited a very long time for our food which isn't my complaint because the food was good. However, a pregnant server comes over and asks if we mind if she closes our blinds, we say yes we do mind because we like them open, she points at the table in front of us and says well they want them closed because of the sun glare (they were Caucasian). I said that's fine they can turn their back to the window or something but we would like the blinds to stay open as they are. So she leaves them open but rolls her eyes and seemed to be very upset with me. So she goes and speaks to another server by the name of Kristin Ingle who storms her way through the restaurant and over to that side and closes all the blinds without a word. I said," excuse me did a manager tell u to do that ma'am?" She looked back, rolled her eyes at me and continued to ignore me. So I asked for a manager. The manager came over and apologized for her behavior and asked what could be done in order for us not to leave the establishment, I said," I feel that Kristin owes us an apology for her rude behavior. We are paying customers just as the Caucasian people at that table. Is there a reason why their requests or needs were more important to her than ours?" He tried reassuring that wasn't the case but I knew better. He said he would have her apologize to us, as that was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Kristin continued to work as we received our food and as we ate. SHE NEVER CAME TO APOLOGIZE. She truly felt as though the request of one type of customer was more important than another type of customer. The crazy part is, we spent more money there because we had 3 people and they only had 2 people but Kristin did not care AT ALL, THEIR NEEDS WERE MORE IMPORTANT. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I ACTUALLY ALWAYS GO TO CHILI'S. I have been going to Chili's since I loved in New Jersey, it's a familiar place to eat for me since I've been down here in Georgia for 16 years now. I must say that after having this experience, I don't think I will ever go to another Chili's establishment again. I'm disgusted and can't believe they hire such disrespectful servers above anything else and then managers that can't even get them to apologize to the customers for mistreating them and making their day and their dining experience absolutely horrible. Smh....
