We visited this store on 7-1-25 and upon entry had two male workers who were nice and polite. This was until the General Manager entered the kitchen area. I personally saw attitude all over her from the second she walked in to include eye rolling at multiple customers and absolutely Zero positive personality.
After several minutes of waiting it was determined that one of our sandwiches had mistakenly been given to another customer. Instead of offering to remake the GM immediately threw blame at another employee and with quite a bit of attitude asked “You want me to remake it or what?!?” We left without purchasing.
Prior to this GM we have had great food and service at this location.
My wife reached out to corporate to inform of the experience with their GM.
Lindsey Kidwell contacted as a representative of corporate and spoke with us. Kidwell immediately had attitude and said all I can do is offer a refund. We advised that we just wanted to notify of the issue and that we were not out and money. Kidwell informed us that she has 5 stores repeatedly and all she can do is give us a refund. After informing her several times that we did not require a refund her attitude escalated and began arguing with my wife and I. When asked for her supervisors information she refused the info and threatened me with legal action when I informed her that her conversation was being recorded.
Had she not been arguing with her customers I highly doubt finding out the conversation was recorded would have been near the trigger...
Read moreI ate there a few weeks ago. While I was dining a young lady from behind the counter walked out and said loudly for everyone to hear "Is anyone drinking sweet tea?". The person I was eating with said no. I thought she was checking to see if anyone needed a refill and I was drinking unsweet tea so I didn't pay it any more attention. When I needed a refill of unsweet tea I walked up to where the drink machine was and the unsweet tea was gone. I walked to the counter and ask the same lady did they take the unsweet tea to make more and was there some behind the counter and she said "No I poured it out." I said are you going to make some more I have no drink left she said "No we're not, we're closing soon." It was still 10 to 15 minutes before closing. There were plenty of people in the dining room. She didn't say oh I'm sorry I didn't know anyone was drinking unsweet tea or I wouldn't have poured it out. She looked and sounded as if I were bothering her. I do not drink sugary drinks. It is not easy to eat a sandwich on a thick piece of bread without a drink. I drank one small unsweet tea and never got a refill. Also they had two spills in the floor right when you walk in the door all they would have had to done is to wipe them up with a paper towel but they left big puddles on the floor and just put a sign beside it. I will not eat...
Read moreI've been going to Jersey Mike's since they opened and have always been happy with what I received, BUT NOT TODAY! I stopped there at 11:45 AM to order a sub for lunch (take out). The girl slicing the meat has no concept of proper sanitation procedures. She retrieved 2 items from the case and placed one slicing side down right on top of the slicer's base, right on top of many pieces of scraps from the slicer. Basically threw the meat on mis-sliced bread and then picked up the meat from the side of the slicer and proceeded to put dirty meat on my sandwich. The girl placing the lettuce, onions, etc. on the sandwich acted as though she was being bothered by customers and simply piled on the items haphazardly, along with a lousy attitude! Wrapped up the sandwich like it was a dead fish and stuffed it in the bag. Then tried to charge me $11.95 for a $7.95 sandwich. I had to point out the price on the main menu placard but she continued to argue. I was just about ready to walk out when she asked her co-worker what the price was and was told $7.95. Finally when ringing up the $10 bill I handed her she mis-entered the amount and had to retrieve her phone in order to use the calculator. Rather than eat the sandwich I simply threw it away and went to Panera down the street. Not what Jersey...
