Well I pulled up at drive thru at 11: 20. Here it is 11: 46 and I'm just now getting my money taken.. Come on guys I worked at McDonalds I understand 3rd shift you don't have as many crew members but 26 minutes to have my money taken. Wow this is not good at all. I was going to just drive off but then the girl says we are under staffed we only have 4 people here so I give them benefit of the doubt but at the store I worked at we had 2 or 3 people and we still had order taken and food out the window in a reasonable timely manner. The issue is a manager standing there with a cell phone in her face she was doing absolutely nothing but texting. U had a guy who was supposed to be working the table standing in plain view of the window drinking a drink which is a big no no. I only know he was a table person because he had on a clear glove and a blue glove. And you had a new girl who said she just started who was trying to take orders, money, fix drinks, and hand out food. Good thing I'm honest because she failed to take my money it wasn't until I said hey you forgot my money that she took it. To top it off one of my 10 piece nugget meals was missing 2 nuggets and my fries were not even cooked all the way. They were literally soggy when u pick one up they would fall over like bend in half. This was just a over all bad bad experience. This McDonalds is usually good. Usually hot fresh food and my nuggets have never been shy of 1 or 2 so I don't know what is going on...

My Wife paid with a card, and as you can see with the first receipt that was given to me it was not what we ordered, probably just the wrong receipt. When I brought it to the attention, the young lady took my Wife's card and ran it again for another 2 for$4.49. If you don't specify, they ring it up the highest possible way. When we get the original bag, it was only missing the sausage McMuffin, and then they gave us another bag with it and another hash brown. So we had 3 hash browns. I brought it to the manager attention and that's when she provided the second receipt. My Wife checked her banked and she was charged $10.54, and $2.56 for a total of $13.10. The order should have been rung up as 2 2 for $2.39 with a sausage McMuffin, and hash brown. Normally I get one of those with a small dr. pepper at my normal McDonald's, and the total is $3.79, and they want me to think that ordering a second one with a medium coffee will bring it to $13.10. I'll be requesting a refund for the difference, and won't visit this location again. I asked her to make sure the fries weren't half empty and she coped an attitude and went on about how they "measure" the fries (as if it were my first time ever in McDonald's). Then commenced to spout off how she's "the only manager that follows the rules". I noticed a lot of cars in the parking lot but didn't realize they were all waiting on drive thru food. She had us pull up and there were 3 cars along the curb direct in front of the drive thru and about 8 cars in the spaces to the right of it. After about 25 minutes I went in for a refund. The same rude "manager" was talking smart to customers that were questioning their food wait (who had been there longer than me). There were sandwiches pushed and pulled up under the heat part where they bag food. I asked the older lady at the register to refund me and she said she was getting a manager and went to the back. She hid in the back and then by the fries where people couldn't talk to her and no one came up for another 5-7 minutes, during which time the "manager" in the drive thru window partially made drinks and ignored anyone in the lobby. Eventually about 4-5 more minutes later she refunded the money but no other manager came up. There were about 6 other people then waiting for a refund....
