We visited this new Starbucks for the first time yesterday. It is very spacious, clean, and quiet as others have said. However, they disappointed with their service.
My fiancƩ and I had ordered a Venti Passion Tango Tea Lemonade as the only item on our order. We patiently waited for our one item to come out, but we noticed that 3 others who ordered after us had been served before us. When an employee named Josue was informed of the issue, he stated that "the sticker was not printing in the right order." That wasn't very believable because everyone who came after us was served in the order that they arrived.
When he then began making our drink, my fiancƩ noticed that 1) they were very low on the passion tea mix and 2) Josue checked to see if he was being watched. Josue then took our drink cup to the sink and did something with it. As we leave and I taste my drink, we realized that our drink was watered down and probably on purpose. The pictures show how watered down the drink is.

I pulled up and there was hardly anyone in line. Ofc they gave me the whole passive aggressive āwe need 12 minutesā lecture, and I explained that I never know bc sometimes I order ahead and the line is long (like I end up waiting 30 minutes and receive a watered down drink). Anyway, I moved ahead in line, got to the window, and he said āyou need to drive back around and wait in line againā they legit made me drive back around and re-wait in the line and go back to the speaker and say my name again. Like a kindergartener. (It was just a refresher with water, nothing complicated.) I explained my blood sugar was very low, and would it be okay to just pull ahead and wait beyond the window, and he said no circle back around. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been here at least 4 times before today. Iāve had minimal wait, but my drinks have been less than stellar. (One was a cold brew that was already mixed, it sat so long, had to have another remade as I requested iced and got hot), but the line moves quickly and the customer service is usually kind.
Today was the first day I went where the cafe was open. I have 3 small kids, so weāre not going in to the cafe. You can tell it was one of the first days theyāve had both open, because the balance between taking both types of orders was not there. We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before reaching the speaker. The line wasnāt long, so I felt we would have moved faster, especially faster than 30 minutes. Took another 15 to get my coffee. (45 minutes in a drive-thru with 3 kids is brutal but we were already there) When I pulled up to pay, they asked for the wrong amount and I just shook my head no. They had to re-ask my order and remake it. Iād like to think this is growing pains, so once they become more seasoned Iāll try again.
