I never write reviews so to write this I have to be pissed off. This has to be the worse location ever! My husband works in the area and almost every time he has visited the store before work he calls me complaining. Today they really pissed me off. He called and said he ordered a venti white mocha and a one of the new sandwiches they have. When he gets to the window they charged him for the venti and the sandwich but he was given a grande and sandwich.
When he told the cashier he was supposed to get a venti, he was told he didn’t order a venti. He told the young lady if he didn’t why was he charged for it. She then says “ well we’re out of white mocha anyway! Being that he was on the way to work he took it, the drink was horrible so he threw it out.
Of course he called and told me when he got off from work. I called to speak with a manager regarding what happened, I pulled him into the call so he could describe the person that gave him the order and give his own account of what happened being that I wasn’t there, In the hopes of her having some sort of empathy being that this is an on going issue. Read moreyesterday Afternoon (5/30/19) I was in drive thru line for over 20 minutes after placing my order, I decided to call the store and asked about a drink just to get a feel of what is happening. I spoke to someone name Jordan, or so she said, for about 10 minutes about nothing in particular, told her I was bored and she then told me that she was getting paid and she can do this all day, when I got to the window fuming only to see the same person making drinks was the same person taking payments in the drive thru, she was so apologetic and because of my wait time which end up being over 30 minutes, I got my drink free, I think she either sense I was not pleased as soon as I pulled up she started to apologize, she said they were short staff. she did have my drink in hand ready for me to go. I can see she was trying her best, so that softened me up a bit understanding it wasn't her fault. this store need to get it together you need to hire more workers. At times this store is great and at times not so great. if there is a Jordan at this location you need to Aid your Co workers and not Just walk around talking to customer who is bored on the phone. Read moreBelieve it or not , im not stupid and I do know what caramel tastes like. This starbucks obviously had people who think that others are idiots. I asked at the drive through to make sure my drink had the caramel cause it was looking kind plain, I got told yes. I tasted it and it had none. So I called because I had my dog with me so I couldn't go in. The line for the drive through was too long and the woman on the phone told me they could remake and run it out. But then told me "we use half pumps for cold drinks so maybe that is why" even two pumps of caramel would taste like caramel. I don't know about the claim that the caramel syrup doesn't have color in the drinks but I know what I got does not taste like what I ordered. It's too hot and I had my husband's drink too that would be melty by the time I go home so I just said "that's okay" and left because I figured it was one of those pick your battles type of situations.
