Wendy's — Restaurant in Georgia

Came here to get food before a trip and I had my 5 month old pup with me. Came in was greeted by a man name woody he took my order and jokingly with me and it was great order was perfect sat down waiting on my order pup doing nothing but sitting there and be good and my name got called I walk up grab my food and the manger walks around the counter and ask do you have a license for that dog and I said he’s a pup and she says it goes against food and safety and I said okay grab my food walked grabbed my drink and the pup walked out but as I was walking out I heard her say that they had a incident were somebody else dog got loose and took of in there kitchen so when I got kicked out it was bc you had a bad day bc of somone else and don’t have a sign or anything saying I couldn’t bring my dog in so now I’m outside in my truck eating my food and props to woody who took my order great guy and amazing...

They were out of nuggets for the 4 for $4.00 meal and my wife said well give me a doublestack in replace of it. They said they couldn't do that, and didn't offer anything in replace of it until I asked him so what can I get in replacement of it. Then they finally offered me a small fry or frosty, so since I got 2 meals I said just give me one of each a frosty and a extra fry. Like I said my wife wanted another burger in replace of it but they said they could not do that. Then when we got to the window the food was cold, no extra fry and I had to ask for the frosty. My diet Dr. Pepper which I had to get because they were out of sweet tea and it was watered down. My wife loves Wendy's and doesn't get to go very often do she was very upset with the overall service and quality that we usually receive from Wendy's. Not to mention it was a bunch of young kids more interested in playing around...

Very bad experience. I bought a ceasar salad and opened it 1hr 15 mins later and the lettuce was brown. I called the store, no one answered so I left a message. I returned the salad the next day. The manager said I can not get a refund but I can get another salad, which I was fine with. He said these are the freshest we have and placed the salad in the bag. I took the salad out of the bag and it to consisted of old brown lettuce. I told and showed him. He said well if I go and make you a salad the lettuce is going to look the same and I can't give you a refund because it was purchased yesterday. So I took my recipe and left. I contacted the customer care service and said what happened and showed pic and got an "oh my, I'm sorry to hear that". They asked for the store location which I gave and they they ended the chatt.
