I was at your restaurant today, March 23, 2025 and I was very taken back. I visited this restaurant for a number of years and I’ve never experienced what I did today. The manager on duty try to place us in a space that could not fit our group. Yes it was for seven up to seven, but based on the size and the space it did not accommodate us he proceeded to tell us he couldn’t sit at the next table because we had to have eight sometimes we have a guideline, but if it doesn’t meet, I would think that they will try to accommodate the customer. He didn’t the waitress did the right thing and move us and we were very happy with their choice Just before we finished. The manager came back and said to us there’s a group that just came in that is over eight and we were we had to hurry up and get up so that they could sit there as if we were not a customer even if he wanted us to move along. There was a better way to do this. I felt very discriminated against and as if I was not a customer, I would hope this would be taken into consideration, and this gentleman would be removed from your setting because he’s not a fit for your restaurant I don’t think the cost is always right. I just think you do the best to accommodate your customer because there’s no better advertising than the customer sharin their story when...

I love this location however my experience this past Saturday wasn't a pleasant experience. First we was given red solo cups while other guest had the normal cups even those seated after us. When asked about it we was told by our waitress that they ran out of cups however we witnessed that wasnt true. Our waitress barely checked on us throughout our dinner. When asked about about a take home cup of soda she informed the table that they don't do that which was fine however what we witnessed stated other wise. She then bought out the container typically for rice with soda in it. When it was time to pay we paid. She asked one of us about our change and proceeded to say how much would be left in cash and would that be the tip. Very unprofessional however that isn't all. She opened up the tab holder and checked to see who left and tip and who didn't. For those who didnt leave a tip on their card she said very aggressively tip tip we have to pay our workers. Excuse me who said cash wouldn't be the tip as I personally don't like to leave a tip on my card. She then snatched the remainder of the tabs from the table and basically threw the fortune cookies on the table. I'm very disappointed as I love this location and this was a...

Today is my birthday, so my husband and I decided to eat Roast Duck. I said roast duck was all we need, and the waitress asked me whole duck or half duck. Usually in China whole duck is for four people, and half is for two, so we ordered half. But when I saw the dish I realized it was only for one person, so I called the waitress and said I made a mistake I should have ordered whole duck. I asked if we could upgrade half to whole, but to our surprise, the waitress started to complain about us right away, saying it was all our fault, if we had better attitude she would have explained more to us. Yes, my husband and I are both quiet persons, we don’t talk much but I smile when I do. She is the server, right? It is her job to provide more information and help us solve the situation. Then she called the manager, the manager also talked in a way like we were troublemakers. I was just seeking for help, very politely. They agreed to upgrade but we felt like we were not welcomed. We packed the food and ate at home. This really...

9/25. Always so good! Great quality ingredients!! Tender steak and ability to change up menu items when requested. Snow pea dishes, soups, and that Triple Crown is ridiculously good!! Gtrat place to catch up with friends too! Enjoy! 12/29/24 Mandarin Triple Crown and Happy Family were great!! Another great visit!! Unreal...they have been open for 30 years and I just found this place!!! For lunch, i had Szechuan 3 Delicacies with an extra soup and my total was still under $15! Portions were great!!!! Quality of meats and vegatables was excellent (usda choice flank steak, good sized shrimp, etc) and the sauce stuck to and coated everything nicely!! Highly recommended!!!

We've had Chinese from the West Coast to the East Coast, we had it for take out based on the reviews and it was just OKAY. We had General Tso Chicken, Fried Rice, and Pan Fried Dumplings (pot stickers). The General Tso was a 9, the fried rice was a 2 (bland even after dousing it with soy sauce), and the dumplings could have been a 6 but the sauce was more vinegar than anything, watery and tart-inedible, so more like a 4 (what am I supposed to douse my dumplings in). We spent $20 on it all and it was worth maybe $11 (after taxes). We won't be returning.
