BOBOBABA Crafted Tea — Restaurant in Glendale

I've said it many times before, and I'll say it again - it is a MUST to grab boba after a meal.

Tip: Calling all pet owners! They offer a free drink on Pawsday! On Tuesdays, bring your pups in and enjoy a free drink!

Parking: Good luck with parking lol. There's street parking that is impossible to find. I found a parking lot behind Porto's Bakery. It's a small parking lot that charges $1.50 per hour, and you self pay at the machine.

Ambiance/Environment: This shop has such a cute interior design. Very modern, casual, and clean inside. I'm bias because it's my favorite color, but I love the subtle touch of blue. They have a small space with limited indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome!

Service: There were two workers when we visited. I didn't catch her name, but one of the workers that rung me up was nice and efficient. Throughput was under 5 min after ordering.

Drinks:

1. Yuzu Yuzu - Yuzu is a citrus fruit. This drink contained handmade pineapple puree, Yuzu juice, and Jasmine tea. I’m not a citrusy person, so I strayed away from this drink, but my sister really enjoyed this drink. She said it was definitely citrusy but prefers less saturation.

2. Matcha Jasmine Boba - Jasmine milk tea with matcha and boba. The matcha part was okay. I couldn't really taste it. The Jasmine milk tea was a bit stronger. Overall, flavors can be improved with this one.

3. Classic Cream Top Boba - Black tea latte, boba, and vanilla cream top. The boba tasted as expected; not too chewy. The tea was milky and delicious, and the vanilla cream top was creamy.

4. Berries Bang w/ vanilla cream top - Handmade pineapple puree, Yuzu juice, Jasmine tea, and cream top. I might be trippin, but I didn't really taste pineapple lol .. I definitely enjoyed this drink but I thought this contained blueberries. Either way, still fruity & refreshing!

Just had to come back to this newly opened boba spot—it’s too cute to resist! The store is beautifully designed with lots of calming blue tones and warm wooden furniture, giving off a super cozy vibe.

What really sets them apart? Everything is made in-house, with zero added water or creamer. Pearls are stir-cooked daily, milk tea is brewed fresh with real tea leaves and milk, and the fruit teas use housemade jams—no fake flavorings here. You can actually taste the ingredients!

🍓 Berries BANG The biggest surprise! A thick, icy berry smoothie made with strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and cherry purée, topped with a creamy milk cap. Sweet, tangy, and perfect for hot LA days!

🍍 YUZU YUZU A sparkling blend of pineapple jam, Japanese yuzu, and jasmine tea. Super fresh, citrusy, and clean—no artificial notes at all. Fruit tea fans will love this.

Bonus points for the vibe: their Disney princess dog logo is adorable (yes, my dream dog), and they even have a pet water bowl. Bring your furry friend on Tuesdays and get a free drink! Love the community feel.

🥤Got pulled into Bobobaba’s 🎉 grand opening in Glendale by my bestie — and wow I’m OBSESSED!! 💙 First off, the name is too cute (who doesn’t love a good double-syllable vibe 😍), and the decor?? Total Klein Blue 💅 super aesthetic and ✨Instagram-worthy✨.

As soon as we walked in, we were hit with this rich milky aroma 🐮 — you can smell the quality! It’s all natural & handmade milk tea, and you can really taste the difference. No weird creamers or artificial stuff 🙅‍♀️💯.

We tried 4 drinks and the ⭐️ standout ⭐️ was the Milk Foam Boba. I usually skip milk foam but THIS?? Thick, creamy, slightly cheesy and salty, with a vanilla twist — heaven in a cup 😭🧋. The base is made with 100% real milk too — bless 🙌.

If you’re into matcha 🍵, try the Matcha Boba (jasmine milk tea + matcha + brown sugar pearls) — super satisfying. Want something lighter? The Yuzu Pineapple Jasmine Tea 🍍🍊 is super fresh and not too sweet — the combo of jasmine and yuzu is chef’s kiss 💋.
