Where to start.... well went with my daughter in law and grand daughter at 740pm to get food.met with a notice stating due to staffing levels they would not be opening the dining room. Went thru the drive thru. Had a guy we had last week that screwed up an order, omitting a simple hot dog. This week a simple ordered and screwed up the condiments on the hotdog. Then went to pay cash and he put it in the till and 'forgot' to give change. It was 60 cents, not big but still. So I asked him about it and he stated "well do you really need the change back?" Really? So is that forced tipping?
There were 5 staff members and a manager and that's normal staffing on a Wednesday eve. You couldn't open the di ING room because the franchisee or manager couldn't be bothered. Read moreThis is such a shame. The food is amazing as always. But this door is filthy dirty. I have actually seen a live cockroach fall from the ceiling and run across the floor. All of the store tendons really didn't seem to care. This is the dirtiest Freddy's I have been to and I've been to several locations. Today the ice machine didn't have any ice. The counter employee took everyone's order but neglected to tell everyone that they don't have any ice. So everyone approached the ice machine looking for ice and had to go back to the counter to ask for it. Just ridiculous. Very poor managed. Again I love Freddy's and the food is amazing but this location is so disgustingly dirty everywhere. I don't see any management in the store, and it seems to be only ran by kids. Read moreI drove 6 miles getting here, and asked my wife to place the order online. At 9:45 PM she tried placing the order online but the app would not let her order. I pulled up to this location at 9:54 PM and nobody responded to the drive-through. I pulled up to the second window and nobody came there. Somebody who later identified himself as “Ernin” looked at me while I was in the drive-through and looked away. At 9:57. I drove around to the front of the location and walked inside. Ernin said the kitchen was closed and none of the other employees came to take my order. I understand people want to go home, but if you’re going to close your business early, you should not advertise that you’re open until 10 PM. Had my wife been able to place the order online? This wouldn’t have been a problem. This is very unprofessional not only a waste of time, but also a waste of gas money...
